About this property

Our Reihenhausend half is located in a quiet location. A traffic-calmed street and a footpath will take you directly to the beach after about 900 meters. The center with the various shops is located in the immediate vicinity.
The property is oriented to the west. The object includes a parking space, as well as a bicycle garage. A barbecue is available in the garden. Very nice is also the playground with Schauckel at the house.
The house itself has on the ground floor a dining and living area, a separate kitchen and a guest toilet with washing machine. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and sauna. The house is equipped with a ventilation system and pollen filter, thus particularly well suited for allergy sufferers.
From the living room you reach the terrace, which faces west. Due to the quiet location and not too dense buildings, you can enjoy a quiet and romantic holiday.
For the 5. Person only one cot is available 10, - € per day.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus, gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Laut Beschreibung sollte der Strand 900m entfernt sein. Wir haben verschiedene Wege ausprobiert, dennoch mussten wir 1,5km zum Strand zurücklegen. Das sollte in der Beschreibung überarbeitet werden. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit, es war doch recht staubig und im Bad sollte besonders die Dusche gründlicher gereinigt werden. Dennoch hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Winterferien an der Ostsee

Außerhalb der Saison ist hier alles absolut ruhig, da wenig Ferienwohnungen gebucht. Die Wohnung/ das Haus sind voll funktional ausgestattet und auch gemütlich eingerichtet. In der kalten Jahreszeit ist die Sauna ein absolutes Pluspunkt, auch wenn diese nur sehr klein und ausschließlich zum Sitzen für 2 Personen gedacht ist. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
