Directly in the quiet settlement center of Zingst and yet not far away from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach is the newly built apartment "cabin".
At the end of a cul-de-sac on the ground floor of the beautiful multi-family house, completed in 2018, you will find the bright and comfortable apartment '' Kajüte '', which leaves nothing to be desired.

The 45 square meter holiday home has underfloor heating for a cozy atmosphere. The living area has a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch LED flat screen.
The bedroom also has a 55-inch flat screen and a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm).
The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room as well as the bedroom can be darkened by electric shutters.
A Blueray player and a stereo system are available in the living area.
Each room has a window with an insect screen.
In the spacious, bright bathroom you will find a vanity, a XL shower area with floor level entry, Rainshower overhead shower and underfloor heating.
You will also find in the bathroom a discreet radio by Busch & Jäger, which has its place fully integrated in the socket system
The white glossy kitchen is u. a. equipped with dishwasher, induction ceramic hob, oven, microwave, a commercial - and a 'Senseo' coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The teak dining area linger.
The large terrace with beach chair and stylish garden furniture completes the whole picture.
The apartment also includes a storage room for bicycles and a car parking space at the house
