The 80 sqm apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and through the courtyard terrace of the underground car park. The spacious living and dining room impresses with its thoughtful layout and clarity. In the light-flooded, open living and dining area you can enjoy communal communication or relax on the cozy sofa corner. You have space to eat at the bar or at the large dining table.
This cozy and modern apartment with its open windows and side harbor views from the dining area in the living room will quickly forget the stress of everyday life! In the evening you sit on the terrace in the leafy courtyard of the complex and lets the time together remember!

From the large dining table in the living room you can enjoy the view of the Eckernförde harbor and also have access to the veranda. From the apartment you are right in the middle of it, only 25 meters to the harbor promenade. If you like it comfortably and leave the kitchen cold, just go to the other side of the street to the different localities and let yourself be pampered!

There are two bedrooms for a total of 4 persons. The modern bathroom with shower invites you to relax.
The high quality 80 sqm apartment?Harbor View? was completed in November 2016. The upstairs apartment of the apartment house can also be '' barrier-free '' 'via an elevator in the hallway with direct access to the underground car park.
