The Candelore Family is happy to offer a second studio apartment with Boardwalk Patio privileges. This studio has been recently refurbished. The studio has a full kitchen area with table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Note that the apartment is not directly on the beach and has great view to the waves, beach, and Boardwalk. The shared patio is on the boardwalk, but not the unit itself. The unit is upstairs towards the rear of the property. The upstairs is light and bright and the window blinds may be left open as it is difficult for people to see in.
PLEASE READ AND AGREE BEFORE INQUIRING: The unit is suitable for 2 adults (a couple possibly with one infant or small child - 5 years old or younger). There is no access to the patio for non-guests. Due to the small shared area of the patio available to the studio, no one can be invited to come to the patio. For the health of our guests, no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the unit. We are serious: offenders will be fined.

If families want to get together to book for 4 weeks at a time, then the city enforced Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 10.5% will be refunded to you.
