The house is beautiful! The property owner Rocky is amazing and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property. Will hopefully rent this house again next year.
The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood set back far enough from busy roads so that any road noise barely audible. The house is well stocked with dishes and linens. The patio with the pool was a great feature. Our family used it multiple times during our stay. Once we figured out the digital keypad on the front door, check-in/check-out was a breeze. The property owner is responsive to any and all concerns. It was a pleasure to stay there. We would definitely stay at this house again.
The house is very nice, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The pool was great, and it is regularly professionally maintained. The host was very responsive to our communications, and resolved what could have been a major issue immediately. My only criticism is that there are certain aspects of the house that are beyond their functional lifespan and need replacing, and I absolutely hate when you rent a house of this caliber and get three garbage bags and five rolls of toilet paper for two weeks.
Photos are accurate. Roomy living room with comfortable furniture. It does not have any table lamps for reading - overhead lights must be used. First week weather was too cold to use pool (not unusual in January) but the other two weeks the weather was great. House is close to grocery stores and restaurants but a bit of a drive if you plan to go to the beach a lot. Disappointed it is a dog-friendly home. Hosts were responsive to questions.
This property really met our expectations and made our stay an enjoyable experience. We enjoyed the heated pool daily and the private setting surrounding the pool. It was warm enough to open the sliding doors from the great room open to the pool area. The location worked well, as we needed a location between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral, very close to all conveniences, shopping etc.. The host was very responsive to any needs to the home and ensured our stay was comfortable. We would stay here again!

It is in a nice area it is a little off the beat and path for restaurants , Publix Walgreens pine island depends on traffic about 6min away

Loved the owners responsiveness! Comfortable, well laid out, and high ceilings. Pool was great. Well furnished. Could access our streaming internet tv on all tv’s and watch a few bowl games, well pieces of games. Location was great - close to boating, restaurants, shopping, and pickleball.
We reserved this property less than one week in advance of our stay (we had very short notice of our trip). This should have been our first sign that this property is not a desirable vacation location. Lots of hurricane damage in the neighborhood (roof tarps on neighboring properties, temporary fencing and construction equipment). Nothing of interest or beauty in the neighborhood. The property had a city inspection report tied to the garage light. We could not get the keypad to work and decided to abandon our reservation. The owner was responsive to our complaints but unwilling to refund even a portion of our payment. Not even the cleaning fee which he didn’t incur because we didn’t even check in. We thought this was unreasonable given that he probably wouldn’t have rented this property to anyone else less than 1 week in advance. The interior of the property may be as pictured, we don’t know because we didn’t even check in.
This home is roomy and was very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Loved the living room - it has two leather couches with two reclining seats in each and another leather recliner. The bath towels and beach towels are big and fluffy. Photos are accurate. Bedrooms are big with new mattresses and large closets. We really appreciated being able to park in the garage. Nice office space if you want to work while visiting. It was warm enough to be in the pool most days with the exception of a few “cold” days, which is typical in January. Home is north of Pine Island Road; it is close to grocery stores, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Owner reached out to check on how our visit was going and quickly answered a few questions we had. We would definitely recommend.
