Sleep in style at this rustic wood beam farmhouse. This is not your basic B&B! This tastefully updated vintage home has all the appeal of the past, but has been very lovingly maintained. Located on a private acre-and-a-half, you'll feel like you're in a picturesque fairytale. But if you decide you'd like to be at a lively pub with a lengthy local draft list, the village is just 2.9 miles away. It's an ideal spot for both R&R and entertainment! It comes fully equipped with everything you'll need: a stocked kitchen, linens and towels, a huge deck overlooking the Enchanted Mountains, a fire pit, a record player and more! Exactly what we hoped for

The home was exactly like Kelly showed online. The home was easy to access, the guidebook was helpful to make sure we knew what we needed to, Kelly was a gracious host who was always quick to respond to my messages and questions. We had plenty of room for our friend group to relax and enjoy each other's company without it being cramped (8 adults), the home had everything we needed to be comfortable and the accessibility to downtown Ellicottville was ideal. (And the adorable horses across the street made for a good view). Definitely a place to recommend to my other friends who visit Ellicottville!

Charming country home. Great space for our two families for ski trip to Holiday Valley.

Nicely decorated farm house with plenty of space for our two families for ski trip. 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to town for carry out or dining. Record player with bluetooth speaker with tons of awesome records was a hit. Heating zones were a little tricky when we arrived but once we got it dialed in we had no issues. Wood burning stoves would have been a nice touch for our wintery stay but unfortunately not available for use by guests. Great communication from host to make our stay enjoyable.
