Welcome to Casa Coyote, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, fully gated Mediterranean-inspired enclave in the coveted Chino Canyon neighborhood, west of Palm Canyon Drive. Mount Jacinto is your immediate backdrop, visible from all parts of the property including the pool and hot tub.

Open living and dining area, a full wall of sliding glass doors that open to the backyard, Spanish-influenced arched doorways, original Saltillo tile floors and a fireplace. The spacious, updated kitchen is well appointed with premium stainless steel appliances and plenty of cooking and entertaining supplies.

The primary suite features a king-sized premium cooling memory foam mattress and an ensuite with dual sinks and a shower/ tub combination. The two guest bedrooms each have queen-sized memory foam mattresses and share a full bath also with a shower/ tub combination. All three bedrooms feature sliding glass doors and direct patio access and one of the guest bedrooms includes a work-from-home desk setup. The house features several flatscreen HD smart TVs, a Nest thermostat, a Sonos sound system and a smart lock.

The wrap-around outdoor space is expansive, with plenty of lounge seating, sun umbrellas, as well as several outdoor dining areas. There is a 6-person, in-ground hot tub in the backyard, perfect for nighttime stargazing, and a completely separate palm tree-lined pool area on the other side of the property, also with full mountain views — sunrises and sunsets are truly spectacular here! The lagoon-style saltwater pool has a beach entry perfect for suntanning or for kids. There is a two-car garage fully available for your use, as well as parking in the driveway.

Casa Coyote is walkable to multiple hiking trails, the Aerial Tramway, Boozehounds, Toucans, the Arrive Hotel and many other locations. The heart of downtown is about a mile down North Palm Canyon Drive, walkable on a nice evening.

POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a wall control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
