Welcome to Crow's Nest! This marvelous, second-floor retreat is the third home from the lagoon, so you will get to admire unparalleled water views from the front and back balconies. Plus, the beach is located right across the street and the beautiful Lagoon Pass beach area is about 1/4 of a mile to the east. The sunny living area invites you to snuggle up and watch a favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and a dishwasher to help you with the post-meal clean up. The adjoining dining table seats up to four people comfortably. The entire main living area is located on the first level, while both bedrooms are located upstairs.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
