This is the perfect retreat to gather with family and friends to lounge, swim, sip, play, eat and chill - This is your very own private resort!

Set in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by tall eucalyptus and palm trees, you'll see yellow & orange native birds and enjoy the beautiful flower garden, which attracts butterflies.

The sparkling pool features a waterfall and heated jacuzzi, with plenty of places to lounge. Plus a fun guesthouse "barn" with a game room and loft.

- THE SPACE -

The newly remodeled main house has four comfortable bedrooms & 2.5 baths. There is an additional roll away bed that can be added to any room.

The guesthouse is also yours... it features a game room, kitchenette, large full bath, a daybed with trundle downstairs plus a large bedroom upstairs.

Fun amenities for everyone!... A putting green, playground, play house, toys, corn hole, board games, Nintendo Switch, water slide, foosball and pool table and a basketball hoop.

- GUEST ACCESS -

The entire property, both houses plus the pool are yours to use privately during your stay and is not shared with any other renters. Host does not live on the property but will be available 24/7 during your stay by text or message.

There is a private driveway for parking plus plenty of street parking.

- THE NEIGHBORHOOD -

Rolling hills with avocado groves, citrus orchards, flower fields and oak trees surround Fallbrook, which is known for its Mediterranean climate and its local status as one of the Friendliest villages. Lots of great wineries, venues and quaint restaurants near by.

My son’s wedding
Everything was perfect. Tina was wonderful even brought in my Instacart order. The property was the envy of everybody asking me how I found it, wanting to know how to book it for themselves in the future. The property was exquisite. The beds were extremely comfortable. I wanted to put it in my suitcase and take it home with me, so much room for everybody lots of places to sleep and sit and visit and have fun. The patio was amazing. The pool was even more amazing everything including the instructions was just perfect.

The house and property are out of this world, the attention to detail with respect to amenities is top notch, and I sent multiple texts throughout the week and every one of them got a response within an hour. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was at the property!

Perfect wedding party hangout
Groomsmen and their wives and us (groom’s parents) stayed here. Bridal party stayed at a rental up the road. This was paradise for the men: comfortable beds for everyone, lots of space, and so many fun distractions. Putting green, spa and basketball were highlights. Communication with the owners was excellent. We requested to have a small brunch at the house the day after the wedding. Owners complied with just a small additional fee for any extra cleaning. The house was perfect for the brunch. We appreciate the 11:30 checkout since some places require such an early exit. No complaints. Highly recommend

Family House
This property is beautiful and fully stocked with kitchen anemeties, bedroom and bathroom accesories and the backyard was great for entertaining everyone of all ages. The spa was a big hit with our family and the game room. All the beds were super comfortable and enough bathrooms for all. The host was quick to respond and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend this property.

Great Set Up for Families!
We had a family get-together here with members of all ages, and the house is set up beautifully with all sorts of activities and outdoor spaces, from the play sets to the pool table to the amazing pool area with hot tub to cornhole and the basketball hoop. Tina was very responsive and everything with the stay went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again if we were looking for a house in this area.

Even Better in Person!
This property was amazing, we all felt that we were at our own private resort. The main home is laid out extremely well with multiple gathering areas for children or adults. The kitchen is far bigger than it appears in the photos, multiple adults could be in the area at once. The areas were the best appointed that we've seen from a home rental thus far, they had everything from an air fryer to an ice maker. The furniture not only looks great, but more importantly- it is very comfortable. Everyone loved the bedding, in fact, some from our group are re-evaluating their current mattresses after staying here. The barn was equally impressive with a mini kitchen and fantastic bath area. This was a central hub for entertainment and gathering in the evenings. There's enough bedding for 6 here, just be aware that the upper area of the barn has a low ceiling and the stairs leading up are steep. The pool area was incredible! Far bigger than we expected. Equally as beautiful in the day as night, we loved the Lanscaping and accent lighting. The Grandchildren loved it so much that when we planned a beach day they kept asking when we could go back to the house and pool! Thank you, Tina, for allowing us to enjoy this great property- we will be back!

Family get together
Three generations, young children and dogs found the accommodation comfortable and welcoming . The kitchen was well supplied for cooking and eating at home. Everyone found plenty to do on the property although Fallbrook and the wineries were just a short drive away.

Great Stay in Fallbrook
We were visiting Fallbrook for our son’s wedding and looking for a place that would accommodate our immediate family. Tina’s place lived up to all of our expectations. The main house and barn were well equipped and everyone was quite comfortable with the accommodations. Highlights were playing games in the barn, sharing dinners in the main house, and a little basketball action in the backyard. The house was very private and close to downtown Fallbrook. Would definitely return and stay at Tina’s again. Donna

Family Trip
My extended family stayed for a few nights and we had a terrific experience. The house was perfect and very accommodating for both children and adults. Tina was very helpful and accessible with any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!

Celebrating Life
Stepping out of the vehicle was like "WOW"! Beautiful landscaping welcoming you into the home. Walking inside was like walking into the pages of "House Beautiful". Absolutely stunning. From the sizes of the rooms to the staging of all furniture with deco, just perfect. And then to walk out back into the garden of paradise. Just beautiful. The "barn" for all to enjoy. The pool/jacuzzi breathtaking. The photos on VRBO tell a small version of what we experienced. Our family was there to celebrate LIFE and to be thankful for all that we have. We have accomplished this and more. I cannot wait until we plan our next family event. I know where I will book first!

Beautiful all around
This house is one of the best ones we've stayed in. It does not look big from the outside, when we pulled up I said "ok, thought it was bigger", when I stepped inside I was WOWed!! It's so spacious, decor throughout was just outstanding, super clean and it had everything we needed. The guesthouse was super cool with the foosball, pool table and even a Nintendo switch. Pool had floats, they also have an air pump if you want to bring your own floats. We felt like we were in a private resort just for us. I would love to rent this house again. 5 stars all around!!

Perfect for Family Reunions
This property was put together thoughtfully with the intension of it being a Vacation Rental, because it was stocked with the all the necessities for a successful stay. We’ve stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this property is one that we will seriously consider using a second time. The Barn provided a fun place for the kids and tweens to hangout.
