This neighborhood is adjacent to the Eagle River for excellent fly fishing, and trails for hiking or biking leave from the neighborhood itself. Husband and wife Colorado residents who enjoy the beautiful mountain life on the weekends. We are passionate skiers and cyclists who love the outdoor lifestyle that Colorado offers.
Why they chose this property
This condo has perfect access to Beaver Creek and Vail and is an hour and change from another 6 ski resorts including Summit County resorts, Aspen, and Steamboat. Nestled right along the Eagle River for excellent fly fishing.
What makes this property unique
Attached garage for holding a vehicle or outdoor gear, a few minute walk to the Eagle River for fly fishing and hiking. Great views of the mountains and river can be had from the building. Very quiet community that has a hot tub year round and a pool during the summer.
