Nicely updated bungalow with stainless steel appliances in kitchen which includes a dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, top freezer fridge and gas range/oven. Cozy sectional sofa and 50" Smart TV for streaming in living area, dining table with seating for 6, comfortable mattresses and bedding for each bed. In the modern bathroom, you are met with fun, tiled flooring, and tub/shower combo, a single sink vanity and a front-loading washer/dryer.
Home is single story with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom you must pass through on your way to the back bedroom. Sleeps 6 with ease. First bedroom has a queen bed, an electric fireplace with a boutique closet. The second bedroom is a multi-purpose space that you must pass through to reach the primary bedroom. This room has a trundle bed that can be set up as two single twins or utilized as a bed for two. This room has a Smart TV and a desk area for those who need to work or study while away from home. Through this second bedroom, towards the back of the home, one will find a spacious primary suite with a King bed, dresser, closet, decorative mantel and a "fireplace" packed with flameless candles for ambiance. Gain access to the backyard by using the door adjacent to the mantel and find a newly landscaped synthetic lawn, lined with shrubs and newly planted trees - perfect for playing lawn games! There's also a small patio area complete with a gas grill and a dining area with an umbrella. In the summer, cruise downtown on one of the two bicycles provided or paddle the day away on the blow-up kayak included for your enjoyment.
Home is located just 3 blocks from the beach and an easy, flat walk. Bikes and blow-up paddle board available for use at no additional cost in the summer. Northstar is the closest ski or downhill mountain biking resort; clocking just a 7 mile drive. Shops, putt putt golf, and restaurants in downtown Kings Beach are at your fingertips.
