Beautiful and quiet area. Traveled with family and kids. Some really good local food places. Property is well maintained and clean. Felt safe as it is a gated community. The pools are about 2 walking blocks away. 1 is geared for kids and families. The other is more for adults. There is beach access between other buildings so you can access the beach even after the pool areas are closed. Everyone we met was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had. Communication with property owner was excellent! The only “bad” thing I have to say is I wish the pool stayed open past 8pm. There is a book in the condo with information about the property and nearby grocery and dining. It may be a good idea to add the website for beach equipment rental as we only knew about it because there was a sign posted at the bottom of the steps of the main beach entrance. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and I do recommend this place to anyone who is looking!

Great location, clean and spacious

Neighborhood was super quiet, at times we had the pool to ourselves and when we didn't it was only a few people. Very clean and spacious. Great to have one parking spot under the building in the shade, plenty of additional parking for our 2nd vehicle. Could have used few more "creature comforts". TP was cheapo one ply sandpaper and bedding was extremely thin with no extra blankets to be found. I understand not wanting to wash big heavy blankets so my my suggestion to visitors is to bring extra if you like cozy bedding or lounging on the couch.

Snowbird Special Stay

The property is wonderful, clean, and great location with easy access to the beach. Would have liked it if a second bedroom had a full size queen bedroom since we were two adult couples.

Excellent accommodations close to the beach with a great view

Our trip was outstanding. My mom, my 2 sisters and my Aunt thoroughly enjoy the place. It is close to the beach, pools and hot tube. The view off of the back porch is beautiful and there are so many things to do in this area. This time of year was quiet which was perfect to get away after the busy holiday season. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great Condo in a Great Community

This condo unit is excellent for families. The layout of the bedrooms works great with kids. The owner has given great attention to detail to enhance the experience of the guest. The unit is convenient to the all the amenities in the community.

Great Stay!

Our family had a great vacation at this Cinnamon Beach condo. Everything was clean, well equipped, and great communication with the owner. Five Stars, would recommend to anyone with a group of people to enjoy the beach!

We have stayed at Cinnamon Beach several times and this condo was the nicest!! It’s spacious and so great for families and the kitchen was great. We love Cinnamon Beach for the beach AND pool options!

Perfect location and family friendly

The property was great. The space was perfect. Roomy and clean. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Only small criticisms would be that the queen bedroom had a fold out bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Forcing my guests to bunk in with their children in the twin bedroom. I would suggest a foam mattress so you can’t feel the bars. Other than that it was great.

Nice stay in Palm Coast

Lovely , clean condo right across from beautiful uncrowned beach! The grandkids enjoyed the children’s water playground near the kids pool. Phil the owner, was very responsive to our questions.

The pictures did not do this beautiful place justice!

From the moment you walk into the condo you know you’re going to enjoy your stay! The place is absolutely beautiful! It’s immaculate, and filled with supplies and essentials that truly make you feel like you are at your home away from home. The weather didn’t want to cooperate to allow us to spend a lot of time on the beach, so we spent most of our time in the condo and the game rooms. Thanks to the condo setup, we didn’t miss out on anything and had one of our best Thanksgiving breaks ever. Phil is a DREAM HOST! He was so patient with us (I had a bunch of questions before we arrived, and he remained ever so professional, courteous, and accessible each time I contacted him). It’s obvious he strives to make sure his guests have great experiences. We are already making plans to return to this very condo at least twice a year, every year. *Host (Phil) was easily accessible; communication from the second we booked our stay was clear and easy. *Check-in was a breeze, and the entrance gate staff are very friendly. *The condo was well-stocked with everything you could imagine to ensure you enjoy your stay. *The guest information book (provided in the condo) contained very valuable information—I highly recommend everyone take a few minutes to read it when they arrive. *Check-out was easy and hassle-free.
