Very nice newly designed clean 60 sqm holiday suite.
Winter-like sun-drenched living room with dining area and adjoining 30 square meter outdoor terrace with BBQ possibility.
The bright living room with 40'LED TV, integrated kitchenette and Bigsofa shines with coziness.
The bedroom with large mirror cabinet, a linen chest of drawers, a double bed with foam mattresses 180cm x 200 cm ensures comfortable well-being.
The bright light-flooded modern bathroom is equipped with a bath, a shower 90 x 80, a toilet, a sink and a lighted mirror cabinet with make-up mirror.
The B & B in the Aischgrund has a separate entrance for its guests, via a 5-level entrance staircase you reach your holiday suite on the ground floor - you enjoy privacy.
The kitchen is equipped as follows:
Electric stove with convection and grill,
4 times ceramic hob,
Fridge-freezer,
Tableware for 6 people,
Pots pans,
Knife and cooking utensils
Coffee maker, kettle ...
Internet access is possible via Wi-Fi.
Several free parking spaces are located in front of the house.
Should the need exist to turn off a car trailer, there would be close opportunities.
Our caretaker is almost always personally on site.
We are usually reachable by phone from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Arrivals should be between 13:00 and 21:00 - departures are between 07:00 and 10:00.
Earlier arrivals, later departures are possible after consultation.
