Our finca offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic, as it lies on a cliff at 220 meters above sea level and is largely surrounded by banana plantations. So you can enjoy the undisturbed peace far away from the tourist hustle and bustle!With its 170 square meters, the house offers enough space for up to 6 people. The plot size is 23,000 square meters. An entry into the signposted hiking routes is possible directly at the house (hiking trail Playa de Jurado and Piratenbucht).

Prachtige ligging
Mooie ligging, lekker zwembad en fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan. We hebben er een lekkere week gehad. Aanvullend zou een korte beschrijving van de weg naar het huisje makkelijk zijn.

Urlaub unter Sternen mit wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen
Wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Finca sehr genossen. Sie liegt sehr einsam und ruhig, genau so wie wir es erhofft haben. Nachts kann man den atemberaubenden Sternenhimmel beobachten. Der Blick zum Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön. Unverbaut mit wunderschönen Palmen im Garten. Der Weg zur Finca ist vielleicht für den ein oder anderen etwas beschwerlich, da teilweise etwas steil. Aber ja auch nicht unüblich für die Insel. Toller Pool, schöne Außenmöbel und bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traumlage
Eine gepflegte und wunderschön ruhig gelegene Finca mit viel Platz, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Anfahrt ist sehr herausfordernd, wird aber durch das Ambiente mehr als wett gemacht. Gute Basis für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. In Tijarafe gibt es alles was man braucht. Wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge!

Die Finca ist sehr geräumig, in absoluter Alleinlage und mit einem großartigen Pool. Wir hatten zu viert einen absoluten Traumurlaub. Wir können die Finca Marita uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Fantastische Sonnenuntergänge und baden unter dem grandiosen Sternenhimmel von La Palma waren hier unsere Urlaubshighlights.

Beautiful intimate villa
Great villa surrounded by banana plants. We really enjoyed our stay and the view is amazing. For information the road to access the house is a bit complicated and a good car is needed but you will end up in a beautiful and very intimate house. Thanks for everything!

Familienurlaub 2019
Finka Marita, super gelegen,in absoluter Alleinlage, an der Westseite der Insel, sauber und konfortabel. Ideal für Familien bis zu 6 Personen, die unter sich sein wollen. Für uns ideal, da wir kein Interesse an einem Nachtleben hatten. Nach Tijarafe mit dem Auto ca. 15-20 min.Sehr netter Service durch Regina und Carlos, die sich kümmern, wenn etwas nötig ist. Die Sonnenuntergänge, der Sternenhimmel, und das Zirpen der Grillen, wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben!

Herlich entspanter Urlaub auf La Palma
Wir haben sehr entspannte 2 Wochen auf der Finca verbracht und haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wirklich überwältigend und wir hatten jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage war für uns optimal da relativ weit abgelegen zwischen Bananenplantagen aber dadurch hatten wir auch einfach nur Ruhe (mal auf Google Maps anschauen). Auch für Wanderer zu empfehlen die nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung die Ruhe und ein Bad im Pool genießen möchten. Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es auf La Palma genügend. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Tijarafe. Schöne Jogging Strecke, allerdings gute Kondition notwendig da einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden sind. Der Abstieg zum Meer ist von der Finca aus zu Fuß möglich, ab „Mirador del Barranco del Jurado“ ist aber festes Schuhwerk und entsprechende Kondition Voraussetzung.

Sehr ruhig und einsam - toller Meerblick! Aber Punktabzug für Ausstattung und Standard.
Im April 2019 waren wir dort und Vieles hat uns ganz gut gefallen - besonders die sehr ruhige und ungestörte Lage - obwohl die vorherrschende Monokultur der Bananenplantagen der Landschaft um das Haus ein etwas Gewerbliches Gepräge verleiht (mit leider sehr viel Plastikfolien und Plastiknetzen). Das Haus erfüllt seinen Zweck gut. Man sollte aber auch immer genug Zeit und gute Nerven für die etwas abenteuerliche Fahrt hinab auf die ca. 220 Meter ü.M. einplanen. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Ausstattung. Das Haus ist groß und zweckmäßig, bei der Einrichtung fehlte es uns aber an Geschmack und Stil. Auch die abends notwendige Innenbeleuchtung besteht aus eher grellen oder sehr schwachen Energiesparleuchten und ist nicht sehr angenehm oder gar gemütlich. Das der Pool beheizt ist, davon haben wir im Frühling leider nichts merken können. Und einen echten Punktabzug muss man bezüglich der Sanitärinstallation nennen: Es dauert sehr lange, bis das Wasser warm wird und aus den Abflüssen im Sanitärbereich kommen leider auch immer mal wieder sehr unangenehme Gerüche. Aufgrund des Preises waren unsere Erwartungen an die Ausstattung/das Niveau höher, deshalb auch das kritische Urteil. Trotzdem hatten wir eine insgesamt schöne Zeit.

Fantastische ruhige Lage
Lage: Wer eine wirklich ruhige Lage sucht, den Blick durch nichts versperrt haben möchte der ist hier am letzten Haus vor dem Meer richtig. Im Grunde liegt das Haus inmitten einer Bananenplantage von der man aber ausser bei der Anfahrt nichts merkt. Auf diese Weise gelangt man aber zu dieser Finca die wunderbar abgeschieden liegt. Ein Auto ist dabei natürlich ein muss. Wie das Foto zeigt liegt das Haus sehr weit unten - also warm nahe dem Meer - wobei die Terasse der sonnigen Westseite zugewandt ist. Das bietet Sonne satt und Abendsonne bis in die Veranda die gleichzeitig zu jeder Tageszeit Sonnenschutz bietet. Hat uns alles vorzüglich gefallen.

Perfect place to get away from it all
It is well worth the 15 min. bumpy drive from the main road to get to this property which must be one of the quietest on the island. Sitting in the garden with an amazing wide view of the ocean with only the sound of birds and gentle breeze is real tranquility. With the help of binoculars, we saw wales and dolphins far out in the ocean around the occasional tour boat, kestrels and sea birds along the cliff edge and barranco alongside the house. Evenings of spectacular sunsets followed by crystal clear starry skies kept us outside the house continually, despite the comfortable lounge well provided for with music, books and games. The house is well equipped with everything we needed from relaxing around the solar heated pool to preparing meals in a well equipped kitchen. The house is "off grid" for all services but has very good drinkable mountain water. There is plenty of electricity stored overnight for everything except the main oven, but a small oven is provided for grilling and heating food and an excellent barbeque was perfect for larger meals. A 4G phone signal is good for mobile internet access. Despite dodging bunches of bananas on the road, the house is quite well located for exploring the pretty villages and great walks of the north west corner of La Palma as well as walks up to the caldera and access to the national park. But, with one of the few heated pools in the area, colourful garden and tranquil surroundings it is hard to leave this idyllic haven.
