Simply comfortable

Easy to find. Easy to park. Private entrance. Charming and comfortable. Hotels in the area were more than double the price. Will stay, again.

Wedding weekend

Everything was nice. The only thing I wished they have was a long mirror on the wall to see yourself and get ready. Other than that it was a nice place. I will stay there again.

Quite neighborhood

We only needed to sleep and get a cup of coffee. The place was clean with the exception of the coffe maker and the shower head. A little far from where i had to go, but that is on me not the place.

Such a lovely stay! 11/10

Extremely satisfied with this stay! Pictures were exactly as shown, peaceful neighborhood, and they really thought of a lot of small things that can be so important! Extra outlets, lots of lighting, enough room for 2 people comfortably. Nice big TV, privacy was great! Cant boast enough about this stay. I already booked to stay again!!

It felt like a home away from home.

We were completely impressed from pulling up to the adress, to walking through the door. Very cozy and comfortable. The phrase "Less is More" definitely describes it. Simple, but Elegant in a beautiful neighborhood. Will definitely look this one up again should we look at coming back to Tampa.

Great stay for a weekend getaway

Everything was exactly as described. It’s a perfect getaway for yourself or with another person. Not far from grocery stores and food places. Pretty close to the airport as well. They were great host and would highly recommend

All great, only comment would be that that the rental is an attachment to house behind a closed fence and gate. I would never find it. Owner should provide clear instructions and a sign on the gate.

Excellent place to stay

We've never used a VRBO before. This place was perfect. The location was not far from the hospital I was going to for surgery. It was spotless and smelled very clean. Access was easy, there's a little playground and picnic area at the end of the block that was nice too. We stayed for 3 nights and it was close to shopping/pharmacies that we needed to go to. There were nice restaurants close by as well. We went to Ford's Garage the first night we were there. Good food and very nice staff. The host reached out several times to make sure we didn't need anything. I'm sure if we had, he would have provided. I would love to stay again if we are in Tampa again. It was peaceful and quiet anytime I was outside. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Great stay!

We needed somewhere to stay for a concert at the Raymond James and this worked perfectly! The unit was extremely clean, the host was very responsive to messages and the process was quick & easy! Plenty of parking and it felt very private! Would stay here again for sure!

Work Trip

Host was very friendly, helpful and most of all extremely accommodating. The property is beautiful and easily accessible to grocery stores and restaurants. The room is amazingly decorated and spotless. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay here. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Juan!
