Cozy vacation home in a quiet location by a stream with a view of the Brauneck.

Exclusive semi-detached house in the picturesque and relaxed Lenggries in the Isarwinkel.

The house has a large and a small kitchen, each with a microwave / grill and refrigerator with 2 drawers for frozen food

The ground floor is bath / shower / washing machine / dryer, small kitchen, living / dining room and terrace with sun protection.

The first floor is equipped with a large living / dining room, large kitchen with dishwasher and toilet.
In the 2. Upstairs there is a shower room, 2x bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedroom with 2 single beds and desk. We have 2x balcony and a patio in front of the entrance.

Perfectly equipped vacation home

We spent very nice winter days with a second family with 5 children. The house is very quiet on the outskirts of the village, but the gondola can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The house is very clean and very well equipped. We would love to come back.

Alles perfekt

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Türschloss ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Als kleinen Tipp bitte die Gästekarten nicht mit in Geschäfte nehmen. Die lösen immer den Alarm aus und wer kann sollte die Garage nehmen, denn wir hatten ein Unwetter mit Hagel und nun sieht mein Auto aus wie ein fahrender Golfball. Aber die Natur hat uns dafür entschädigt und zum Wandern und diverse Möglichkeiten ist die Lage des Hauses perfekt,

Schöne Fewo in schöner Lage

Wir waren mit Familie, mit 7 Leuten da. Alle hatten reichlichlich Platz, besonders in dem geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und auch die beiden Bäder waren perfekt. Die Nähe zum Skigebiet kostete wenig Zeit. Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung. Auch der angrenzende Wald und das Bächlein waren ganz wunderbar.

Eine wunderschöne Zeit

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern, Sie wohnten in der Einliegerwohnung und wir 5 oben. Es war klasse, gut verbunden aber trotzdem hatte jeder seinen Bereich. Daraus hat alles was man braucht und mega sauber. Die Lage sehr zentral trotzdem ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besser als Zuhause

Wenn man sich irgendwo wohl fühlt, schreibt man gerne "Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt". Bei dieser Wohnung können wir mit Fug und Recht behaupten, dass dieses Attribut sogar noch übertroffen wurde. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und wir fanden alles vor, was wir benötigten. Dazu liegt die Wohnung an einem zentralen Ort, von dem aus sich die Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad erreichen lässt. Wenn man ein Haar in der Suppe sucht, könnte man monieren, dass die Wohnung durch die Bäume recht dunkel ist. Aber bei den Temperaturen war das eher angenehm als ein Makel.

Klasse Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht, das Haus war sauber, es war genug Platz. Gerne wieder!

Sehr Schöne Wohnung. Aus Versehen hat meine Frau einen Brandschaden verursacht, der aus unserer Sicht eine Versicherungsfall ist. Hierüber kam es mit derm Vermieter zu einigen aus meiner Sicht vermeidbaren "Unstimmigkeiten". ALU

Wunderschöner Familien-Herbsturlaub

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 6 und 9 Jahren) haben einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub verbracht. Das Haus war super sauber und toll ausgestattet inklusive Bücher und Spiele für die Kinder. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und die Gegend lädt zum Wandern, Klettern, Schwimmen, Sommerrodeln ein. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit viel Platz

Schön, etwas abseits an der Jugendherberge gelegen, ruhig, über 3 Etagen, 2 Bäder und separate 3. Toilette, Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Wohn- Essbereich für Gruppen ideal. Kontaktaufnahme und Inbetriebnahme des Hauses wurde vom Vermieter strukturiert aufbereitet, so dass wir gut nach seinen Anweisungen alles in Betrieb nehmen konnten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen
