The house is located in a well-kept holiday home park in the north Hessian highlands on the lake side. From here it is only about 600 m. to the beach.

The very well-kept and very tastefully furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms offers plenty of sleeping space for families. A climate split unit heats the house in winter and can cool it in summer.

On the ground floor there is the entrance with a porch and cloakroom as well as the spacious living room with a fireplace. From there you get to a beautiful gallery with kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet and a bedroom with double bed.

In addition, a large balcony invites you to relax on the upper floor and a beautiful terrace below on the ground floor. Both bedrooms on the top floor have their own balcony access (south). From here you can let your eyes wander over the entire holiday park.

The leisure facility Seepark Kirchheim invites you to relax on the bay (sand) as well as to enjoy water skiing on the existing facility.

The water ski facility has an orbit of 700 m. Up to 16 runners can be dragged across the water at the same time. The speed is steplessly controllable from 20 - 64 km / h and can therefore be adapted to beginners or experts. The "pros" can test themselves in slalom skiing or on the ski jump.

The lake has good water quality, so swimmers will also get their money's worth. Anglers (with a fishing license) can indulge in their hobby even after approval in the lake. Enjoy the lake while swimming and sunbathing, fishing or taking a leisurely stroll!

Numerous hiking trails start right in the complex. A hiking car park has been newly designated as a starting point for interesting hiking tours.
