Two nicely furnished apartments (100m² and 100m²), for 2 to 7 people (per apartment), in a side street directly at the Zollverein World Heritage Site.

In the spacious living area you will find a modern and large sofa bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen with dining facilities for up to 7 people per apartment. In four bedrooms there are 3 single beds available, which can also be put together to form a double bed.
The bathrooms have a shower, bath and toilet.
The apartments have underfloor heating on the entire area.

Kurzurlaub wegen EM

Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Apartments sind sehr groß und optimal für größere Gruppen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es hat alles gut funktioniert. Kommen gerne wieder:-)

FeWo in unmittelbarer Nähe der Zeche Zollverein

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um das Ruhrgebiet zu erkunden. Der Bahnhof Zollverein Nord ist in der Nähe. Als Gruppe von Freunden haben wie die große Wohnküche sehr genossen. Die Küchenausstattung war in Ordnung. Einige Teflonpfannen hatten allerdings defekte Beschichtungen. Die Schlafzimmer sind relativ leise, die Matratzen sind in Ordnung, einige Kopfkissen könnten mal gewechselt werden. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Insgesamt können wir die FeWo empfehlen.

Big apartment!

Plenty of space in this apartment and in includes all the gear etc what you need. Public transport is very close and it's at walking distance from Unesco zollverein. I would definitely recommend this place. Tips are better curtains in de bedrooms and check the fire alarm because it went of 3 times

Super schöne Wohnungen und freundliche, herzliche Gastgeberin

Wir hatten zu viert 2 Wohnungen gemietet, da jeder ein eigenes Schlafzimmer wollte. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig, blitzsauber und sind besser ausgestattet als jede andere FeWo, die ich bisher kenne! Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Die Lage ist phantastisch, über die Straße gehen und man ist auf dem Zechengelände. Straßenbahn ist ruckzuck erreichbar. Ebenfalls die A42 und innerstädtische Ziele. Kurz gesagt....ideal für kleinere oder größere Gruppen (eine oder eben beide Wohnungen mieten) für Städtetouren.

Schönes Wochenende

Wir waren für ein Wochenende zu neunt in den Wohnungen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und groß. In der Küche war auch alles was man brauchen könnte. Die Zeche Zollverein ist gleich in der Nähe und schön zu besichtigen. Die S-Bahnhaltestelle ist auch nur 5min zu fuß weg und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gleich um die Ecke, also alles es gibt alles was man so braucht!

Entdeckingstour durch Essen

Die zwei Ferienwohnungen waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe von 9 Leuten. Es gibt viel Platz in den Wohnungen, Die Bäder sind geräumig ausgestattet mit Badewanne und Dusche. Platz genug ist auch, um zusammen zu Essen oder sich zu treffen. Und zu Fuß konnten wir uns auf kurzem Weg auf dem Gelende der Zeche Zollverein super bewegen. Die Unterkunft war sortiert, gemütlich und sauber. Einfach zum Wohl fühlen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war nett und unkompliziert.
