Located in the heart of Carolinensiel, this well-kept semi-detached villa with a furnished terrace and garden serves as a central starting point for day trips. In just a few minutes walk from the Cliner Quelle with adventure pool and spa, a fitness center and many other attractions. A nice walk along the Harle leads to the beach or to the museum harbor and in the center. A parking space is available directly in front of the house.

No. 98 - Holiday House Fischerstraße:
The house is bright and nicely furnished and can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby / toddler. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with exit to the south-facing terrace, a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The 1. Upstairs has a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with a single bed (1.40m) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In a converted attic studio you have two more single beds available. In the entire object are tiles or PVC laid. WiFi is accessible without cost. When booking optional additional services, sufficient availability is reserved.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Der perfekte Herbsturlaub
Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub, traumhaftes Wetter und eine tadelose Unterkunft, die mit viel Liebe eingerichtet war. In unserer Unterkunft gab es alles was man braucht und noch mehr, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich.

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit einem Ferienhaus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles was ein Haus haben muss. Ein Strandkorb ist auch vorhanden. 2 Fahrräder, ein Grill usw. Es fehlen nur Fliegengitter

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien
Wir haben zu Viert die Pfingsttage in dem Haus zugebracht. Besonders gut gefiel uns: - ruhige Lage, und zugleich zentral - super sauber, sehr gepflegt und gemütlich - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche - in den Zimmern viel Schrankplatz - im Bad viele Möglichkeiten, Handtücher etc. aufzuhängen - Mountainbike, Hollandrad und kleiner Roller im Gartenhaus zur Nutzung Einziges Manko war, dass das Dachgeschoss bei Wärme sehr aufheizt. Aber dann gibt’s zum Ausweichen ja auch das zweite Schlafzimmer im OG. Alles in allem ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und wir können es absolut weiter empfehlen!

Schöner Aufenthalt in Caro
Das Ferienhaus war sehr hübsch eingerichtet, da hat jemand auf Details geachtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Matratzen und Kissen waren spitze, wir haben alle (vom Schulkind bis zur Seniorin) echt gut geschlafen! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck und sogar scharfe Messer! Das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss hatte auch alles was man braucht, lediglich der Einstieg in die Dusche ist sehr hoch, was auf den Fotos nicht gut zu erkennen ist. Waschtrockner vorhanden! Das Gäste WC im Erdgeschoss hatte eine kleine Undichtigkeit am Abfluss des Waschbeckens und Zulauf der WC Spülung, ist uns aber erst einen Tag vor Abreise aufgefallen. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Kleiner Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit und Grill ist da, ein Fahrrad zur Benutzung und ein Roller für Kinder ebenfalls. Highlight ist der Strandkorb, der Gold wert ist. Für junge Leute wichtig: stabiles WLAN vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Cliner Quelle und Museumshafen. Die Abwicklung über Fewo und Promega war super. Von der Buchung über Kommunikation bis zur Schlüsselübergabe war alles sehr unkompliziert. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Urlaub im Ferienhaus Fischerstraße 9 in Carolinensiel
Wir waren leider nur 4 Tage in Carolinensiel, aber ganz bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Gerne werden wir dieses Ferienhaus wieder anmieten. Es war sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Gemütlich, geschmackvoll, perfekt!
Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer ganz ruhigen Wohngegend, aber trotzdem zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man für den perfekten Urlaub braucht. Fahrräder und ein eigener Strandkorb am Meer stehen auch zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Objekt war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu genüge vorhanden. Wenn alles gut geht, sind wir nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder hier. Es war Erholung pur. Ich schreibe nichts negatives, weil es nichts negatives gibt. Wirklich top

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Carolinensiel, zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus. Es fehlt an Nichts und die Lage ist zentral. Haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt.
