Big Saltwater Pool close to Tex Rail

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are less than a mile to light rail that goes to DFW airport, Grapevine Main Street, Stockyards, and Downtown Ft Worth, Panther Island Stadium, Bass Performance Hall, Ft Worth Convention Center, Cultural District, and so much more. Large , 10ft deep, 40,000 gallon saltwater pool for the group to enjoy on hot summer days. Within 4 miles are all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for. Location is north of Loop 820 in North Richland Hills. We try to not have the pool service or yard people come during your stay but if we have back to back reservations there is a chance someone will be there during your stay. Pool is not heated in cool months.

Weekend getaway

House was nice and clean. We stayed in the spring of the year and the pool was not utilized because it is not heated. We knew that and didn't care, the backyard was nice to lounge inaround in anyway.

Safe and Quiet Neighborhood

The owners were great and easy to work with, and the neighborhood felt super safe and quiet which was nice. They provided everything you might need if flying, which is amazing - including trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoos/conditioners, spices, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. They even had a lot of spices. The beds were comfy too. Overall, would stay here again and was better than multiple hotels rooms. However, the third bedroom definitely did not have the privacy. There was a glass sliding door that doesn’t fully shut with shear white curtains in it, so anyone in the living room can see inside. The other thing I will say is that the third bedroom only had one outlet in it, which fortunately I had an extension cord to run a CPAP, but was an issue. The overhead lighting in all of the bedrooms wasn’t working while we were there either. And we were a bit afraid to play with it when the breaker blew in the second bedroom on our first night there. The second bathroom is nice, but if you are taller, the shower is quite short. I am 5’8” and I had to tilt it a lot to not have to bend down. We had a 1 year old with us, and the house is definitely not friendly to toddlers. Cabinets were hiding what looked like construction in areas that weren’t completed, and outlets were required with extension cords running to stuff instead of having working outlets. The kitchen cabinets also had a lot of spider webs and dirty pans.

Nice Stay

We came to Dallas for a Cowboys game. The home was nice, the host was amazing, we had everything we needed! Our trip was delayed due to a snow storm, we missed our first night, the host was kind enough to extend our trip by one night free of charge! This kind gesture was much appreciated!! We had a great stay, thank you again!

Nice property in a quite area

The property is as described. Located near everything you could need from shopping to night life. Of note, the house seems to be in an older age demographic with not a lot of activity outside. We tend to be outside more and enjoy the sun with a little music by the pool. All in all, we enjoyed the stay.

We loved our stay

Large, three bedroom house in a quite neighborhood. We loved the pool and convenience to everything, including Fort Worth Stockyards. The property owners went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a nice place to stay, and reasonably priced for everything you get.

Big, clean house for large groups

This property is located in nice central area with easy access to both Dallas and Ft. Worth. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Nice, large pool. Fully equipped for all your needs while on vacation. Quiet neighborhood.

clean, but slightly run down home

The house appeared clean, but it was older and in need of some TCL, which I was not expecting from the pictures. It also smelled faintly of smoke when we first arrived. The pool and backyard were great. Neighborhood was nice.

Annual Getaway

Had a great time in Fort Worth area. This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was functional for our purpose. The feeling we got was this was a fixer house and is being remodeled as time allows. Weed killer and chemicals left out by the pool and outdoor area was a little unorganized. Not sure if cleaning crew was in a hurry or not but was a little shocked upon arrival. We had fun regardless !

Wonderful house

The house was perfect for 3 couples and was very clean, upkept and equipped with all the necessities. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again next time we're in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Okay experience

Great place to stay. We had a run in with a cockroach and the pool pump almost caught on fire out first night. Fortunately the neighbors saw the smoke and reacted.
