You'll have everything you need to host an intimate meal or a small party. There is seating for six at the dining room table, and four at the island. There is a brand new sectional sofa in the living room to enjoy the large screen smart television. The home is tiled throughout.

The property has everything you'll need for the beach as well, with beach towels, sand chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.
