A bright, cheery space surrounded by the natural beauty of The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, Everly House invites rest and relaxation to become the centripetal focus of your stay. Host a picnic on the deck, privately positioned to overlook the spacious, forested lot on which this tiny home sits. You will also have the luxury of hiking a private trail that loops around the back of the property, eventually connecting to the main trail, which leads to the very waterfall that gives the community its name. Along the way, adults and children alike can make a stop at Everly House's own tire swing for some good, old-fashioned fun. A trip that begins as a quick getaway is sure to end as memories that will be ever-lasting.

Perfect getaway!

Great spot for peace and quiet!

Enjoyed my stay for two nights. The house had everything I needed. I enjoyed the outdoor spaces for a campfire down below and relaxing on the big porch. I also loved the kitchen size and the ability to make meals. The natural light in the living room helped me relax each morning with some coffee and quiet. I will come back for sure! Thank you!!

Tiny Home First

We so loved staying in our first ever tiny home. Everything was perfect. Decor, comfort, views, check in… We will definitely come back and already planning a family gathering in several of the homes. Our host was excellent. Very timely and helpful. Monteagle and the tiny home community are great.

Great retreat!

This property was clean, relaxing and peaceful. They had everything you needed for your stay, and to relax on the back deck. Extremely quiet, clean, unique, and a great spot for looking out into the trees. Very enjoyable and nice place to stay.
