The maritime and comfortably furnished non-smoking apartment in January 2016 offers space for 2 persons on approx. 40 m² and leaves nothing to be desired.
Located in the quiet center of Zingst and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, this newly built resort is located.
The promenade with its beautiful shops and restaurants can be reached in 3 minutes.
The holiday home consists of a modern kitchen, dining area and living room with sofa, sideboard, a satellite flat-screen TV and CD Microanlage.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside table and large wardrobe. A satellite flat-screen TV is also included, as well as mosquito nets in the living room and bedroom. Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom with large vanity, mirror with LED lighting, walk-in shower, towel and hairdryer invites you to the wellness.
An east-facing, large balcony with furniture, a parking space and a bicycle storage room are also at your disposal. In the laundry room of the house there are washing machine and dryer (each with coin machine) for use.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
