NYE in St Augustine

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was as described, nice clean home with all the essentials. The only drawback was the living room furniture was not comfortable.

Nice upgraded home located in Lincolnville area

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is located in the Lincolnville area of St Augustine. A short 5-6 minute drive to the busy downtown area. It’s a short walking distance from Blue Hen breakfast RR which was AMAZING! Another short walk to Lightner Museum. The home is nicely updated on the interior. Parking was a bit confusing given check-in instructions were not tendered in advance. The book inside the house had more detail than the email regarding “Home Instructions”. The TV was very small, no more than 32 inch. It was very difficult to watch anything besides YouTube because it’s connected to ROKU of which subscribed account is needed to login and view.The backyard was basic. A lot of leaves and debris was on the patio. String of lights was not working.None of the bedrooms had closets. No where to hang articles of clothing. Additionally no iron was in the home. We had to utilize the dryer to wrinkle out garments. The pillow and bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows had no stuffing/worn out and remained flat. First floor bed dips in the middle. Bathroom upstairs had no large mirror (only a a small desktop size). We noticed the upstairs bathtub was backed up first night. Only got worse day two. No we did not report it given we checked in Fri out Sun morning.No table inside to sit/eat with meals. Instead we utilized the coffee table. Living room was basic, a two seater couch, 1 chair and 2 barstools.

Promised a refund then never responded

Have never written a negative review anywhere, but property management was unprofessional. Flight was canceled and they promised to refund 2 nights, so we decided to still come rather than rebook. Once we goth there and after the trip property manager did not respond to multiple calls texts and emails.

Perfect location !

The place was cute, clean and as advertised. Check in process was easy. The host was attentive as well. I’d definitely refer and recommend to friends and family for future stays.

Charming house in Lincolnville

The house was adorable--I love the way they used they space--2 beds and 2 baths was very helpful. The neighborhood is also great. Lincolnville neighborhood is a historic one. We were two blocks from two delicious restaurants--Blue Hen and Organic Roux. We were also just up the road from the Ice Plant, a bespoke restaurant that's part of the St. Augustine Distillery. My SO and I rode bikes everywhere. We felt safe in the house, and coming and going was super easy. This location is great, and the house is really cool. It's perfect for a singleton, a couple, or a family with older children (I only say older because of the contemporary stair design). Loved it. Would stay again.

Modern and Lovely

We had a really nice stay. The property manager was a delight, super responsive and kind. We needed a couple of things and she had them for us in less than an hour. I'd stay again!

Property issues

The house didn’t sleep the amount stated; we had to get air mattress for our son. The AC didn’t work for 2 days but once we were able to contact the manager, she called repairman. Phone number for manager on listing was answering machine only. Severely overgrown back porch was unusable. Furniture in small living space severely stained and no dining area or seating. House having bedroom and bath on each floor was nice separation. Many light bulbs were out and book with info and wifi password was not in house. Once I connected with manager, we got the AC fixed but uncomfortable for 1-1/2 days of our stay. No closet in 1st floor bedroom. There were either no blinds or cut off blinds in windows so privacy was an issue. Some were added day 2 but were paper. Kitchen sink underneath had stale towels & drying mats that smelled. New management had apparently taken over with our stay being their first so these issues were not known to them before we came. Once we connected with Kelly, she tried her best to help but other issues need addressed. There was only one set of keys so we had to leave them in the lock box so AC repairman could come several times. I feel we should get a partial refund due to lack of A/C and privacy issues.
