A parking space for the car is available. Likewise, the apartment has Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten in a separate bike storage room.
The apartment has a cozy, sunny living room with a modern kitchenette, a modern furnished bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large shower room Furthermore, the apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. The living room has a TV. In addition, a cot and a high chair can be provided. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with a modern electric stove, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and blender. Of course, a dishwasher is also available.
