The house has two floors, the lower floor is suitable for wheelchairs. Here are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an open living / dining area.

Empfehlenswert mit Abstrichen

Die Lage ist prima, 5 min. Fußweg zum Strand, zur Bäckerei und umliegende Restaurants. Da es auch Nachts kaum abgekühlt hat, wäre eine Klimatisierung aller Räume notwendig gewesen. Leider stand nur ein Klimagerät zur Verfügung und Ventilatoren in jedem Zimmer. Eine Spülmaschine wäre noch wünschenswert, das hatten wir in der Beschreibung leider nicht beachtet, sollte heute aber ja zum Standard gehören. Die Gegend in und um Santanyi ist super.

Alle von klein bis gross waren glücklich

Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage. Die Kinder waren gefühlt den ganzen Tag im Pool. Mein Sohn hat hier seine Schwimmangst überwunden und kann jetzt endlich schwimmen, der Pool hatte die perfekte Größe zum üben. Der kleinste hatte sowieso den allergrößten Spass und auch die Teenager hatten eine gute Zeit, sie hatten ihr eigenes Reich im Obergeschoss. Das Haus war für uns (zwei Kleinkinder, zwei Teenager, wie Erwachsene) perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice beach cottage

Overall I enjoyed my time at Cala Santany - it was a very spacious home for just my husband and I. I think it would be a good fit for a small family (4 people fit comfortably). The host was very kind and purchased us some water and wine to enjoy our stay, and showed us around the property when we arrived. She was responsive and helpful! I saw a few reviews about the cleanliness of this home, and I can understand why some people might not have felt 100% comfortable with the cleanliness. It's definitely a beach cottage vibe, meaning it feels lived in. This is a good and a bad thing: it's a good thing because the home has literally everything you need from board games to bug spray to kitchen appliances. It's a bad thing because everything had some wear and tear: the couch could use a deep clean, floors were fairly sticky (from sunscreen and bug spray, I presume), and some of the lights flickered. Some of the bathroom hardware also appeared to have some residue on it - I think this is just natural corrosion from salt water, but I can see how it might make some people feel like the unit is dirty. Overall I enjoyed my stay here: the location was perfect, the host was great, and the neighbors seemed nice! But I don't think I could comfortably recommend this place to my friends and family because of how clean the unit felt.

Die Bilder suggerieren ein großzügiges Anwesen. Leider hat sich das nicht bewahrheitet: Es ist beengt, außen wie Innen, zu viele Möbel und die meisten in schlechtem Zustand und abgenutzt. Auch das Haus ist generell in keinem gepflegten Zustand. Insgesamt: Preis/Leistung nicht passend und keine Location zum Wohlfühlen

Tolle Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist ganz hervorragend und es sind nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, in zwei Minuten ist man bei einem kleinen Supermarkt. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden wie z.B. Hochstuhl für Kinder, ausreichend Töpfe, Vorratsdosen in verschiedenen Größen, mehrere Sonnenschirme, und vieles mehr. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung, für kleinere Schimmelstellen im Badezimmer gibt es Abzug in der Bewertung. Leider verlief die Kommunikation mit der Agentur zwar stetig übers Telefon, allerdings kam das besprochene persönliche Treffen zur Ankunft und die Einweisung nicht zustande. Wir haben uns auch so zurecht gefunden, aber dann sollte sich auch auf Ankündigungen verlassen können. Zur Abreise wurde gar nichts gesagt. Zusammengefasst: schönes Haus in guter Lage und ausreichend Platz für eine Familie.

Süßes kleines Haus in Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Cala Santanyi. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und bietet alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist klein (war uns aber bekannt) aber sehr gepflegt und sehr persönlich dekoriert. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Einfach Perfekt

Der Strand war fußläufig in etwa fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen waren sehr gepflegt und alles, was es zum kochen benötigt vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft jedem, welcher einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte, zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren Anfang September eine Woche in diesem großen Haus. Das Haus ist so wie beschreiben und auf den Bildern zu sehen, sehr groß (wir waren nur 4) und gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden persönlich trotz Ankunft nach 22 Uhr in Empfang genommen und hatten sonst auch mit Ilke schnellen Kontakt bei Bedarf. Vom Haus ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Mini-Supermarkt und noch über die Treppe am Strand. Wir hatten einen schöne Woche.

Super ausgestattetes Haus

Wir waren zu sechst und hatten mehr als genug Platz um uns wohl zu fühlen. Gegessen haben wir fast immer draußen vor dem Pool. Besonders überrascht waren wir von der tollen Ausstattung der Kuchen und des Hauses.

PERFEKT!!

Tolles Haus! Super sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht! Super nette und total unkomplizierte Gastgeberin! In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand und die wunderschöne Bucht von Cala Santanyi. Doch das Highlight, war der eigene Pool hinterm Haus!! Wir würden Jeder Zeit wieder diese tolle Unterkunft buchen! Vielen lieben Dank für ein paar Tage Entspannung und Spaß mit der ganzen Familie!

Ein schöner Urlaub geht zu Ende

Wir sagen Danke für die freundliche Begrüßung. Eine Woche ist schnell vergangen. Wir können das Haus gerne weiter empfehlen. Es war alles vor Ort! Der Grill kam oft zum Einsatz und die Kids haben den Pool genossen. Alles war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit, sauber und ordentlich. Wer ein Luxus Haus erwartet, ist hier fehl am Platz. Das Haus hat seinen Charme und ist mit einem gemütlichen Komfort eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Hervorzuheben ist der kurze Weg zur absolut schönen Bucht Cala Santanyi. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, nochmals wieder zu kommen. Es grüßt Familie Kummer
