Our quiet and sunny 1 room apartment is located in the heart of Berlin - Schöneberg, directly on Nollendorfplatz. The apartment has a spacious living - bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with daylight and was renovated in 2010. The apartment has a comfortable double bed. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 people. TV with many cable programs, WiFi, stereo, storage space for luggage and clothes. The apartment is centrally located with close proximity to the Kudamm, Berlin's famous shopping street and promenade, many restaurants and cafes await you in the immediate vicinity. Central city location with direct and quick access to all Berlin destinations in the west and east. A lockable parking space can be used free of charge. A nice apartment for a nice vacation. You live in a perfect location between City West and City East. Ideally located in the interesting neighborhood between Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the U Bahn and Nollendorfplatz U1 and U2, which will take you through the city in the best possible way. Numerous shopping opportunities, but also lively culture, neighborhood and nightlife are right on the doorstep. The most beautiful Berlin weekly market on Winterfeldtmarkt is in the immediate vicinity. A nice place in Nollendorplatz
My husband and I were very happy here in this compact apartment (like a studio+) that faces a quiet courtyard. It was perfect for our extended stay. The main living area combined a large and comfortable king sized bed with a good sized living area for 2 people. The separate kitchen was small but a good size for 2 people, and well equipped with the basics you might need. The bathroom was a good size, and the water was hot and had nice water pressure. There was good closet storage space as well as cupboards. The furniture, cushions and throw blankets were all clean. The host was very friendly, and always easy to contact. The self check-in was uncomplicated. Groceries, restaurants, shops, and an u-bahn station are all located within an easy walking distance. Overall, this isn't a luxury accommodation, but it's a very comfortable and private place to stay. We love it. Thanks!

Hübsche kleine und praktische Wohnung! Ruhig und hell und uneinsehbar nach Süden. Großer Balkon! Optimal, wenn man wie ich zur Berlinale in der Stadt ist und zwischendurch auch mal entspannt 'wohnen' will.

Die Wohnung war fuer uns zwei ideal! Geschirr und Handtuecher ausreichend, es war sauber, check in super einfach, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemueht! Und die Lage kann nicht besser sein, U-Bahn, Bus, Supermarkt, und zahlreiche Restaurants in der Naehe. Wir wuerden gerne wiederkommen!

Gute Lage, aber leider fehlts im Detail..
Leider Spartanische Aisstattung, wie z.B. nur 3 Messer 2 Kaffeelöffel, 2 grosse Teller usw.nichtmal eine Schere vorhanden, Möbel teilweise wackelig, Bett knarzt. im Detail leider viel Staub in Ecken, Fussleisten usw. Fensterfarbe bröselt ab, Bodenleisten lose, es fehlt an mehr Ausstattung und ein paar liebevollen Details. Nur oberlächlich sauber, Duschvorhang und Duschstange in der Kombination nervig, da Dusche nach aussen spritzt, und der windige Duschvorhang bei vollem Wasser nach aussen gedrückt wird. Alles in allem leider nur eine 3 Sterne Bewertung. Positiv: -Schöner Balkon im ruhigen Hinterhof mit Sonne von 10 bis 18 Uhr -Problemloses Einchecken -Zentrale Lage -Gute Einkaufs und Gastromöglichkeiten. Tip an den Vermieter: Wohnen sie einfach mal ein freies WE selber dort, und beheben Sie alles was sie nervt, dann ist auch der Gast zufrieden...

Gut aber sehr spartanisch und verwohnt
Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung, allerdings mit starken Mängeln: an der Balkontür fällt der Griff ab, die (einzige) Kommode ist alt, Schubladen klemmen und schließen nicht richtig, die Böden sind aus der Fuge. Ansonsten gibt es noch einen Art Kleiderschrank was aber eigentlich eine Garderobe ist mit einer nach vorne ausziehbaren Kleiderstange, ein oberer Böden (schlecht zu erreichen) 3 Bügel waren vorhanden. Einfach zu wenig Möglichkeiten seine Klamotten gescheit zu verstauen. Kücheneinrichtung eher mangelhaft. 3 Messer, 3 Gabeln, 1 Löffel. Wenn 2 Leute Müsli essen möchten wird's schon schwierig. Auch für 2 Personen nicht ausreichend! Das Bett quietscht entsetzlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Vielleicht kann man die Einrichtung mal ergänzen und aufmöbeln und etwas wohnlicher und liebevoller gestalten, ein Bild an der Wand bewirkt schon was. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet und gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Zur U-Bahnstation/Busstation Bülowstrasse sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Ausserdem ist es ein sehr nettes Quartier mit div. Restaurants, Bars, Wochenmarkt etc. Kann die Wohnung wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig
Freundlicher Vermieter und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und liegt mitten in einem Kiez mit vielen Restaurants und Kneipen. Trotzdem wohnt man sehr ruhig. Der Balkon geht nach hinten raus. Die U-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

A gem in Berljn-Mitte
We were looking for a well-located, modest place at a reasonable price, and we got all that and more. Great connections to public transportation, so getting just about anywhere was easy. Neighborhood is multiethnic, with gorgeous displays of fruit and veggies at Turkish groceries, plus Italian cafes and restaurants of every description and in a broad price range. Fabulous museum, "Urban Nation, " just a block away. Our host was laid back but quick to respond when we requested more hangers or information. His English is a little limited, but with good will and some knowledge of German on guests ' part, it can all work beautifully.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Fewo ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht- deshalb auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Balkon und kostenloser Stellplatz fürs Auto waren für uns willkommene Extras. Viele Kneipen und Geschäfte in der Nähe, wo man sich mit allem versorgen kann, was man braucht. Klare Empfehlung!
