She sleeps up to 13 people, has 6- bedrooms, 2- full baths, washer/dryer, 500 lb ice machine, fish cleaning station, Cypress Bar with a 55 inch TV and balcony overlooking the water, boat dock, parking lot, Starlink wireless internet with >200MB speeds and much more! It was a nice experience. I would've liked a few things to be different. Like the ease to get to trash cans, but overall it was a awesome spot to stay at. Would definitely recommend!

Best place in Venice

House was great! The convenience was amazing, and the host, Cory, was second to none. We will be back again and again! If you are going to Venice to fish, this is the one!

Friend fishing trip.

The location was awesome! The houseboat was clean and had everything we needed . The host corey was very responsive to any questions or anything we needed. Would definitely stay there again ! Matter of fact we're already planning another trip in April of next year !!

Venice review

Cory is an incredible host. His communication and willingness to help us with all of our questions was unmatched. We only had 4 people on this trip but the boat could easily handle many more. The outside deck with the TV was a great place for us to meet after a long day of fishing to enjoy cocktails and cigars. Boat captains will come pick you up at the back of the boat making arrival and departure very easy. Every bed was clean and comfortable, the showers were hot and the views in the early morning and late evening were unmatched. Would recommend this place every time, we plan on staying here when we come back in Feb/Mar! Thank you for everything Cory.

Terrific Tug Boat Stay

It was perfect for our group. The house boat was extremely clean and had plenty of amenities to make it feel like home. Plenty of bedrooms to choose from and fresh clean hot water. We were there on a fishing trip and the boats docked at the rear of the boat to pick up and drop off. The fish cleaning station was perfect and saved us a lot of time from going to the marina to clean the fish. Lastly, eating burgers and tuna cooked on the Green Egg and watching the sunset was a great ending to the trip.

Awesome place!

We had an awesome time at Cory’s place. The house boat has so much character and is conveniently located next to the Venice Marina. Cory was extremely easy and quick to communicate with. We will definitely be looking to book his place again in the future!!

Great location - lots of room.

The houseboat is located two minutes walk to the marina/gas/fish station and main restaurant. The charterboats pick you up right at the back of the houseboat. There’s every amenity you need. We had a few issues, like any place would go, but the host was incredibly responsive, and took care of everything immediately. If for no other reason, we would recommend this houseboat because of the host. Great place and great location.

Most Amazing Experience

The Tugboat/Houseboat was amazing! On the water right at the entrance to Venice Marina with beautiful views and the coolest party deck! Lots of comfortable spaces to chill the beds were very comfortable. 2 minute walk or boat to the marina for dinner/drinks. Probably the coolest place we have ever stayed.

Perfect Location!

Went on a group fishing trip for my FIL’s 60th birthday and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The weather was perfect so we spent almost the whole time (outside of the 10 hour fishing charter) outside at the bar area. Almost all of the pictures are completely accurate for what you will get, with the exception of the outdoor area. It’s even BETTER in person. Charters also pick you up from the dock, so we didn’t have to drive one bit. Only negatives were no Wi-Fi and spotty air conditioning in the upstairs unit (only 2 bedrooms). In the grand scheme of things on a fishing trip, those are very minor inconveniences. Having perfect weather and great fishing, this place was the ultimate icing on top of the cake!
