The view from the 2BR units in our building varies substantially with the unit number so please take that into consideration. The first photo in this listing is YOUR VIEW from our 5th floor lanai. We believe it is one of the best 2BR views in the building. The second photo is a map showing our location compared to several other places including the Airport which is much closer than West Maui. Kihei was completely unaffected by the Lahaina fire and rebuilding. We have wonderful restaurants, Luau's, shopping, golf, pickle ball (walking distance) and access to a nearby harbor that has all the normal excursions usually found in Hawaii. Malls, big box stores and discount stores are available 25 min north near the airport. Very Important: Our building is also built and zoned as a hotel with all the appropriate safety features.
Our second home features 2BR/2BA, Full A/C, full kitchen, off-street parking for one car, overlooking the Pacific Ocean so you can enjoy the sunset every evening right from your condo. There’s a King size Sleep Number bed in the front Oceanside bedroom and (2) singles that can be made into a king in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains available. The couch becomes a queen size bed as well but it’s a fold-out sofa-bed so it’s not as comfortable as a normal bed and when open, takes up most of the living room. Each bedroom and the main living area have their own Mitsubishi Mini-split A/C unit with individual controls for each. There are two flat screen TV's, a DVR with streaming, private very fast WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all full size kitchen appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking gear you will need and an ample supply of dishes, glasses and silver-ware, toaster, mixer, rice cooker coffee pot, Kurig and ice maker. If you want, you can even use our cloth napkins (with rings) and place mats to set a very nice table. The glass top table inside seats 4 and the table on the lanai also seats 4 so there is plenty of seating and space for everyone to choose. We provide (6) beach towels and a few beach items including coolers and sand toys for the kids. There is a PaknPlay and booster seat for your use as well. Off-street parking for one car is included and we have an excellent Indian restaurant (with a small bar) that overlooks the water on the first floor.
Your home-away-from home is just s few steps from the heated pool and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. No roads to cross and no stairs to navigate. Three elevators and ADA ramps throughout insure that everyone will be able to enjoy every amenity we offer including the beach. One elevator even goes to the roof where you’ll find a beautiful BBQ, outdoor eating area and a panoramic view you’ll remember forever. A second BBQ and eating area is conveniently located next to the pool and beach.
The building supports energy sustainability with a solar heated pool and a large solar array on the roof that provides enough electrical power to supply all of our common element needs. Though we don't have EV charging stations on the property yet, there are several in the area.

Menehune Shores is right on the water with typical Maui sand beaches. It’s in a family-friendly, relatively quiet part of Maui but just a mile from shopping and restaurants.
Bring your binoculars so you can watch Humpback Whales in season, easily keep an eye on the kids at the pool, our sheltered beach and enjoy the gorgeous Maui sunset every evening....All right from our lanai (porch).
65 to 85: Why was this location chosen by the Royals of old Maui as their home? Perfect weather. Our high and low temperatures are almost always 65 degrees and 85 degrees - year around.

Kihei is on the sheltered dry side of Maui and just 25 min. from the airport, not 90 min. like many other locations on Maui. The most convenient west-facing beach you will ever find.
Ma’alaea harbor is 5 min away and features a full range of activities including snorkeling and dinner cruises as well as whale watching in season. It also features The Maui Ocean Center (aquarium), a new activities and several restaurants. Plus Maui Golf and Sports park (Mini golf, bumper boats, Extreme trampoline and rock climbing).
We are on a beautiful two mile long white sand beach but some of Hawaii’s world-class beaches and snorkeling areas are just south of us and if you love the high surf, the fabulous north shore is about 30 min away. Night life and shopping in Ka’anapali is also available.
