At the end of a private road, this year-round lake house is set on a secluded 165 feet of Lake Michigan shoreline with Panoramic views of Lake Michigan with an additional 12 acres of woods for hiking. Lake Michigan and the sandy beach are gorgeous in all seasons.

Upon entering the first floor of this newly remodeled custom built home you will see a wall of windows in the 2 story great room, a two story stone fireplace and an open concept kitchen with ample space and seating for cooking and entertaining. There is an additional family room on the main level with a plush sectional, TV and shuffle puck table. The first floor has two full bathrooms adjoining the two bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has a king bed with lake views and a sliding door to the deck. The second bedroom has two queen beds. First floor laundry completes this floor.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms and a common space which includes a desk, queen sleeper sofa and game table. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with breathtaking views of Lake Michigan from your own private balcony. The primary bedroom has a full bathroom with two sinks and separate room with shower and toilet. This bedroom has a stone gas fireplace. A second primary suite on this floor boasts a king size bed, private full bath with two sinks, private balcony, vaulted ceiling and stunning lake views. The third bedroom is a loft bedroom with a king size bed, large closet, desk and gorgeous views of Lake Michigan, this bedroom does not have an attached bath. The fourth bedroom has a full bathroom and sleeping for 6 with two twin lofted beds and two queen beds beneath.

When weather pushes you indoors from the lake head down to the fully finished basement complete with a pool table, ping-pong table, air hockey, and pop a shot. The basement also has seating and a TV. This common space also boasts a separate room with two twin bunkbeds for additional sleeping with privacy doors and access to a full basement bathroom. There is a walkout basement door with additional above grade windows.

This home has three floor to ceiling stone fireplaces for those cozy winter nights. There is a garage with Tesla charger and plenty of space for parking.

The beach is beautiful for walking - walk the beach a mile north to Kohler-Andre State park. The surrounding area hosts an abundance of activities, seasonal and year-round, including five-star golf facilities, Kohler Spa, Kohler Sports Complex, Blue Harbor water park, numerous restaurants, John Michael Kohler Art Center, theater, shopping, Farmers’ Market and so much more. It is a 30 minute drive from beautiful Kettle Moraine Sate Forest which has cross country ski trails in the winter and great hiking/biking trails as well.

Guys' Golf Trip Getaway

This was a fantastic property to accommodate 14 men during our golf weekend at Kohler. House had all we could have wanted - the basement game room was an added bonus at night and when the weather kept us from playing. Marcie was a great host and worked with our chef to give him the access he needed to keep us fed.

Gorgeous lakefront oasis

Perfect property for several families with children of any age. Views of Lake Michigan are spectacular from this lovely home. It has a huge kitchen area that is great for cooking and hanging out. Game room in the basement was a big hit with the kids. Outdoor space and beach were just amazing! We were happy with all aspects of this property.

Wonderful Beach Home

We stayed at this large beautiful home with four other couples. There was plenty of room to spread out and the home is well stocked with essentials as well as a ton of games and activities in the basement. The outdoor patio/deck is so nice for enjoying the lake and the fire pit is a plus. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his lovely home. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Multi-generational Family Vacation

We rented this house for my Mothers 80th Birthday. There were 9 of us ranging from 24 years old to 80 years old. This house was absolutely gorgeous and big enough that everyone had their own space. The beach and fire pit area were the perfect gathering place for all of us to connect, laugh, and make memories! My young adult sons (24 & 26) and my twin nephews (32) even built sand castles! We had the best time and my Mother said this was the best birthday she has ever had! Marcella, the property owner, was great. She answered all of my questions immediately and also provided information on things I hadn’t thought about!

Splendid home for large groups right on Lake Michigan

We had an extended family stay at this stunning property and it was perfect. The home was perfectly laid out for a large group of all ages. The waterfront beach was a highlight; we spent many early mornings and late evenings watching the sun rise and set by the warm fire pit. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The only issue for us was the slow internet as we had a few people working remotely. Gorgeous home and property and wonderful host who was very responsive to all of our questions!

Relaxing get away

I was a little apprehensive about renting a house that had zero reviews but after communicating with the owner, we decided to take a chance…. And we’re so glad we did! The house and view were amazing for our family of five! When you walk into the house, your eyes immediately go to the giant wall of windows that open up to beautiful endless Lake Michigan. The house has three levels with tons of space for spreading out or being together. We loved hanging out on the private beach (we saw a grand total of five people the entire time) watching the kids play in the sand or building boats out of twigs and leaves to float on the “river” and enjoying the changing view of the lake from unobstructed endless views, to foggy, lightning in the distance and back again to an endless view. The house has a great basement full of fun for kids -or kids at heart -with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, TV, games, puzzles and toys for all ages. This was great entertainment for our boys during a rainy afternoon! The house is well stocked, and we loved the welcome wine and s’mores! Oostburg and Sheboygan were easy drives away for lunch or exploring. Thanks to Marcie for sharing her beautiful house and view with us. It was a great relaxing trip to the shores of Lake Michigan!
