Less than a mile from Sugar Mountain, this two-bedroom rental boasts stunning Blue Ridge Mountain views from a spacious covered balcony and open living area furnished for modern comfort. Enjoy the warm ambience of the beautiful stone fireplace and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and all the utensils needed for at-home cooking. Very clean comfortable place to be

The views, the spacious room, it was not cluttered with someone else’s belongings, all the furniture was very nice and comfortable.

Condo great! Property management not!

Local management was very poor. Office not open as scheduled. Package left was incomplete. No gate access card, so we couldn’t get into gated propery. Took hours to gain access. We er told to go rental office and we would be met by manager. Waited over an hour and no one showed up. Vacasa was very poor. We had to deal with Vacasa representative in Oregon, who couldn’t commit to any action by local staff. We requested a hair dryer, which was listed as a amenity, but not provided. I took until day 11 or our 14 day stay to provide it. The condo itself was fine, and as advertised. Will never stay at a Vacasa managed property again.

Beautiful

We go to Sugar every year and the reserve was recommended so this year we stayed there and will be staying there for more on. This home could not have been more perfect. The views were amazing. The furnishings are very nice, relaxing and comfortable. It’s immaculate inside and out.

Comfortable and convenient

The interior was very comfortable and spacious. The view is spectacular. The location is very central located in Sugar mountain, short distance to Banner Elk or Boone. The back porch is huge so, I did wish there had been more or different furniture, maybe a high top table or chairs to be able to take in the view better, but as it was we spent several hours soaking in the stars at night. Bathrooms had plenty towels, warm good water preasure shower, master bathroom was huge, just missing a hair dryer. Overall we would book this condo again.

Make sure your bed doesn’t have soiled sheets and your shower light works

Arrived after 8:30 pm on 10-1. Retired for the night after 12:00am. Turn the king size bed down and found soiled sheets, disgusting! No extra sheet in the condo. Reversed them. Next morning they brought us a set. On 10-2. Took a shower in the walk in shower located in the master suite, light was out. Showered in the dark. Was given lip service along with a note that we could stay an extra night. It turned out we did not get too. The condo was beautiful but the management of the cleaning of the unit was not good. We paid for cleaning service and this is what we got. No compensation for trouble only lip service.

You can't beat the incredible view!

Wonderful condo! It was very clean, well stocked, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The view from the deck was breathtaking! The only negative is that we chose this specific condo because it had a TV in the second bedroom so that our son could use his Playstation. Upon arrival, we found the TV monitor had no cords/cables to even plug the TV in and no remote. Vacasa personnel were very kind and came quickly to check it out and said they would be back. However, by the end of our week there, nothing was resolved. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic!
