Lots to like!
Rather spacious and inviting apartment in a lively if gritty part of town. Great essentials shopping close by as well as varied restaurants, bars and shops, and transit close at hand. All rather rough around the edges in the best of ways.

Close to everything you needed
We really enjoyed staying in your condo, please put an ambarella for raining days. Also during the summer time put an electric fan if you can.

Value for Money Apartment a little out of the main tourist area.
Overall a good experience. Kreuzberg is a little grungy but has loads of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and is really close to the U-Bahn train line and only 4 stops from main Alexanderplatz area. One tip, there are a lot of stairs so if you have heavy bags it is a bit of effort. We enjoyed our stay and the area grew on us the longer we were there. Bed was comfy and despite being right in the entertainment area, was very quiet and peaceful at night.

Love the Neighborhood
Fantastic location for all the wonderful diversity of Kreuzberg. We stayed for 8 days but only had one extra roll of toilet paper (we bought more) and one set of towels (we requested more, but I’m sure the New Year’s holiday messed up any housekeeping availability). We had everything else we needed. The beds are very comfortable, as is the couch. We wished we could have accessed a streaming service on the tv, but we managed. Would definitely stay again.

Best block in Berlin
When our host met us at the door and pointed out a cocktail bar, a beer bar, a wine bar, a sports bar, a ceviche place, a Japanese restaurant, a Korean place, a breakfast cafe, and a coffee place all on our block, we knew we were in the right place. Groceries, beautiful produce, and the Ubahn were available at Kottbusser Tor, 3 minutes walk. Great apartment. Very quiet, which you might not think given all those bars, but I think that’s because it’s tucked in a courtyard. I see no reason to ever stay elsewhere in Berlin!

Property was everything i would expect and had previously stayed in kreuzberg, but found the area to be a little more dishelved than before . Lots of homless and drug addicts on ur door step ,so was very off putting as each day to the underground was a struggle as many beggars

Très agréable
Apparemment agréable à Kottbussertor si on aime le quartier c’est parfait. Espace joli, transports faciles, bonne communication avec la propriétaire, propreté correcte.Nous avons passé 6 nuits à 3. Les premiers jours ça manquait un peu d’eau chaude puis elle est revenue en quantité. Il y’a un petit balcon bien agréable si on est fumeurs.

Schöne Wohnung
Ich war sehr überrascht wie leise es in der Wohnung trotz Lage über einer Kneipe war. Es war alles sehr gut, bis auf das WLAN das funktionierte teilweise nicht oder nur schlecht.

Altbau mit Tücken
Die Unterkunft/ Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen. Bis warmes Wasser kommt dauert es eine halbe Ewigkeit, die Toilettenspülung hängt immer wieder und auf dem Balkon befindet sich verdorrtes Unkraut in den Blumenkästen. Nur für eine Person die Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen (5 Kleiderbügel) - im Schlafzimmer lebt man aus dem Koffer auf dem Boden. Schade.

Zu empfehlen
Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung und die Wohnung selbst sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Restaurants direkt in der Strasse, auch für Veganer gibt es hier sehr leckeres zu essen. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche sollte verbessert werden und das WLAN ist leider oft sehr schwach gewesen. Man kann kostenfrei in der Nähen parken und hat eine tolle Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Außerdem ist es trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Einfacher Standard
Leider hat die FeWo lediglich bzgl. der Lage unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Der Standard ist einfach, was uns nicht gestört hätte. Aber eine gründliche Reinigung des Objektes hat anscheinend länger nicht stattgefunden. Davon zeugte die Dusche - mit schwarzen Fugen und Dreckrändern an der Duschtür, ebenso wie die vorhandenen Töpfe und ein paar andere Utensilien in der Küche, die keinen besonders hygienischen Eindruck machten. Eines der frisch bezogenen Laken hatte Flecken - hätte man sehen können. Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache, uns hat die Wohnung nicht zum Wohlfühlen eingeladen. Berlin immer wieder gerne aber nicht in diesem Objekt.

Apartment mit Charme und toller Lage
Wer den rauen Charme und das bunte Angebot von Kreuzberg mag und gute Verkehrsanbingung schätzt, ist hier richtig. Ganz nah am Kottbusser Tor mit dessen U-Bahn-Kreuz und mitten im Kneipenviertel Kreuzbergs liegt das Apartment. Durch die Hinterhoflage ist es dennoch ruhig - abhängig jedoch von den Nachbarn. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch, und sehr schön ist, dass für Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier und Co. gesorgt ist. Nicht selten muss man in anderen Wohnungen erst einmal eine Grundausstattung kaufen, deren Reste man wiederum wegwirft. Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich und die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe wunder bar flexibel. Manko der Wohnung: Der Zustand der Betten, insbesondere der Matratzen, sowie die dicken, geradezu bergartigen Kissen sind unbequem und weder für Schlaf noch Rückengesundheit förderlich.

It is located in a very alternative/interesting neighbourhood. Unfortunately for us we did not receive checking in details and had to call the owner/property manage on arrival at the train station in Berlin. There were a few things amiss within the apartment but those were looked after quickly. Just be aware that there are two long flights of stairs upon entering the unit.

Zentral gelegene aber dennoch absolut ruhige schöne Wohnung. Verkehrsmittel und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieterinnen und gutes Konzert der kontaktlosen Schlüsselübergabe.

Ruim verblijf midden in SO36
We hebben zeer genoten van dit ruime, prettige appartement. Grote kamer met keuken en een aparte slaapkamer. Midden in Kreuzberg, maar ook best rustig gelegen in het achterhuis. Prettige, professionele host. De 5 lofts zijn aan te bevelen.
