Location was perfect! Loved walking down to Gatlinburg each evening. Had a couple of cleaning issues, but owners were very responsive.

Great cabin!

We loved the cabin. Some things to note: while it is close to downtown and walkable, there is a steep hill on the way back that might be hard for some people to climb. Please get bigger towels. The hairdryer would only work on low. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a door. The cabin is so cute and clean. We enjoyed the pool table. Also the kitchen is Very well stocked. Loved the back porch. All in all we had a wonderful stay. We do recommend this cabin.

Annual spring getaway

Our group of eight family and friends had an absolute marvelous time in Gatlinburg. The house was wonderful with lots of room. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The bedrooms were very nice as were the rooms we gathered in. My only suggestion would be to perhaps provide a small dresser for the bedrooms, as we each had a weeks worth of clothing and it was kind of difficult to live out of suitcases

Weekend getaway

We have such a great time staying at this lovely house for our weekend family gathering. House was very big and the teens were entertained by the upstairs when would come back from our adventures.

The house was great. I expected a better view but the view from the balcony was a parking lot. The inside of the house was very roomy and had everything we needed.

Great location and house

This house was within walkibg distance to all the downtown area. Perfect spot. The house was set up great. We were with a group of friends and it couldn't have been more perfect. Definitely would recommend.

Comfortable beds and lots of space

We had a large group, but there was more than enough space. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of Gatlinburg. And very close to a sports park with basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts. And of course there are lots of trails to choose from for hiking in the mountains. The area is beautiful. And we had a mama bear with 4 cubs stroll by the house everyday. They were fun to watch!

Wonderful Stay

The house is wonderful and reasonably close to downtown Gatlinburg. We had 12 stay for a week and had plenty of room. The answered all my questions via email in minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the downtown strip

Great family vacation close to the gatlinburg strip. Had a great time walking around with this place being close to everything. Would recommend! The game room was perfect for our nights in. 😀

Great location for group adventure

Great location! We walked to “the strip” several times and enjoyed dinner out four evenings. Additionally, we enjoyed the SkyBridge adventure twice. Gatlinburg is beautiful. > we had seven ladies, we never ran out of hot water and the water pressure in the showers was awesome!! > the house is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed. We cooked breakfast in and packed our lunches for daily hikes in the mountains. > the hot tub was nice for after hiking relaxation and there was plenty of seating inside and out. > all the queen and king sized beds were very comfortable and nicely appointed. > the house is very clean - > thank you for promptly addressing the hair dryer. It was cold in the morning the first few nights and dry hair was a necessity early in the morning for our hikes in the beautiful Smoky Mountains

High School Friends Trip

We really enjoyed this cabin !! It was perfect !!! Very close to town easy walk ! Also the trolly picks up at the entrance of the complex !! Wry clean, spacious Cabin ! Really enjoyed all of the decor in the cabin !!! One suggestion that would improve it — the rug corner caused all of us to trip when we came in from the deck!! I would rate this rental a 10 for sure - will rent again I’m sure !!!!

Great house! Very clean and nicely decorated.

We had a great time. Shower in one of the bathrooms was under construction but owner communicated and compensated for the inconvenience. Outdoor grill was small charcoal grill similar to park grills. It worked but was not what we expected. Game room upstairs was excellent space for our crowd of 12 to hangout! Beds were comfortable and parking was good for a big group. Thinking about going again next year!!

Great place

We loved our stay! The cabins location was great! We loved that we could walk to downtown. Our kids were big fans of the game room upstairs and would have been happy just playing up there the whole week. The property own was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Hi, Our names are Dan and Jenna. We were born and raised in East Tennessee and have always loved Gatlinburg and The Smoky Mountains! We have been married for 19 years and have four children. We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family! Our daughters play volleyball, so we spend most of our afternoons watching them play! We love to go to Gatlinburg and eat at our favorite restaurants and enjoy the beautiful mountains.

We own long term rentals and decided to venture into the short term rental market. After a very short time as hosts, we decided to continue to grow our business in Gatlinburg. We love being hosts and enjoy interacting with our guests. We know as a family with multiple children how important vacations are and strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience in Gatlinburg.
