The finca features a 9.5 m x 4.5 m salt swimming pool, surrounded by eight sun loungers, a chill-out area with comfortable sofas, an outdoor shower and a covered area with a large table for outdoor dining. The back terrace, accessible from the kitchen and living room, features a central table and a brick barbecue.

The interior of the house is spacious and bright, characterised by its modernity and high quality furnishings. The living room connects to two terraces through glass doors, offering an abundance of natural light. Equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, a Smart TV and a decorative fireplace. The equally spacious and luxuriously equipped kitchen has a dining table and access to the rear terrace.

With capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed, while the other three have two single beds each. Two rooms include a work space with a table and chair. All rooms are air-conditioned. The finca has 3 luxurious bathrooms, 2 with shower and 1 with bathtub. WiFi throughout the house to keep you connected at all times. There is also a ping pong table for family fun.

The house's electrical power supply is solar generated, backed up by an additional generator if needed.
