The house ARIA (comes from AnnemaRIA :-) has 130 m²
divided in:
Ground floor: large bathroom with toilet and bathtub, entrance / vestibule, eat-in kitchen with dining area, large living room 23m², conservatory with further dining area - passage to the garden 100 m²with seat and lounger possibilities. You can also barbecue in the garden.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (double beds) with balcony, 1 small office, 1 conservatory,
1 bathroom with toilet and shower. Views of the surrounding mountains and gardens. The house offers space (if required for 10 people - please inquire) otherwise there are 3 bedrooms and a living room with pull-out sofa available.

Views of the surrounding mountains and gardens. The house offers space (if required for 10 people - please inquire) otherwise there are 3 bedrooms and a living room with pull-out sofa available. From the house itself go hiking and biking trails. A children's playground is in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, a bus stop is only 200 meters away, (This bus is with the guest card in and around the Achensee incl. To Jenbach and Wiesing free) The bus takes you to the nearby ski resort Christlum or Rofan. The trail entrance is easily reached in a few minutes. In summer, the nearby Achensee invites to swim, boat / boat drive. For celebrations we can offer our wine cellar (for up to 40 people) in the Fasslreiter (3 minutes walk away) for a fee (please inquire). Since 2010 there are apartments "Fasslreiter". Now our holiday home "ARIA" was added. At the moment there is a small apartment in the Fasslreiter house (3 minutes away) with 24 m² for 2 persons.
