Lovely Studio Stefi with a Sea view °2

The house Stefi offers accommodation in three air conditioned, fully equipped and lovely studios, just a 10 minutes away to the Old Town and the city beach Portapizana . 
Studio Stefi °2 is situated on the first floor and it can accommodate 2 persons on a double bed (180cm x 200cm). Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils. For full enjoyment of the holiday there is a covered balcony with a partial sea view where you can relax and enjoy a day. A shared garden with barbecue facilities, children's corner and two city bikes are at guests' disposal. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the balcony.

Alles was man braucht und Meerblick
Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht, wir waren zu zweit für 10 Tage dort und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Am schönsten ist der Ausblick vom Balkon! Das Meer ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Parken wird mit 3 Appartements, also 3 PKW auf dem vorhandenen Hof, sehr eng. Wir haben unseren Benz B klasse teilweise lieber auf der Strasse abgestellt.
