This property was very nice, clean, good access to down town. I could tell the renovations were done nicely and the property was well taken care of. I really appreciated a vrbo that had quality beds they were very comfortable. We will for sure stay there again.

Great Stay

House was easy to access and had plenty of room for our larger family. Brian was an excellent host that made sure he was always available for assistance if needed. House seems recently updated and was in a great location. Near freeways, grocery stores and local restaurants/eateries. About 12-15 min away from downtown. Would book again.

Christmas vacation for family in October

We had a great time in Indianapolis. The host was fantastic. He was there in a very timely manner whenever he was needed. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this house

Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This house had plenty of room for our group of teens and adults. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great trip! The kids enjoyed playing outside in the yard and the extra folding beds gave us lots of options for sleeping arrangements.

Home away from Home

This property was wonderful for the week. We cooked, socialized and slept comfortably . We had everything we needed. Add a few mirrors in the bedrooms and this property will be beyond perfect. Would definitely recommend this property. Brian was great!

Weekend in Indy

We had a great weekend in Indy! The house was exactly as pictured, very clean, tons of space, & worked well for our group of 8. The kitchens had coffee supplies and were well stocked with anything you may need for cooking up some meals. We appreciated the house was well stocked with things like paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, and linens. Overall, we would give our experience there a 10/10. Will definitely be staying with Brian again on our next visit. Book the house, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect for large family!!

This home was amazing! Clean, modern on inside, Kcups stocked, plenty of pots and pans. We LOVED having two full kitchens because we had three families staying so we were able to divide our living spaces. Lots of storage in every room. Big bathrooms! All bedrooms were great. All beds super comfy! We would definitely stay here again. Host was responsive and kind!

Perfect for Sports Families!

Comfortable & Easy Access to Downtown

What a great spot to settle down in for Gencon. It was out of the hustle and bustle of the city but still only a 10 minute ride away. The place had plenty of beds for our whole group, two kitchens for cooking in, enough toilets for everyone, and with some simple scheduling no issues with showers. Would definitely stay again

We highly recommend this house! All 8 of us felt that this was by far the best home we've stayed at. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. We had to reach out to the owner a few times for personal questions and the reply was received right away. They are very kind and understanding.

Beautiful home & Great Location

We did a family trip to Indy for Christmas. We had 5 adults and 5 kids. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked with kitchen items and a crib for the baby and roll away beds for the toddlers. Home owner was very responsive!! We went to the Zoo and kids museum and the location of the house was perfect!

A great stay with thoughtful touches!

The house has a ton of space, all the bedrooms were nicely sized with the upstairs ones being huge and the beds being very comfortable. It seems like it was formerly a duplex converted to a single family, so there are two living areas (2 kitchens as well!). The kitchens had everything you could need, with coffee and creamer provided. We were also greeted with cookies and fresh flowers upon our arrival which made us feel at home. Great/prompt communication from the host as well!

Comfort and space

My husband and I, 3 adult children, one son-in-law, and a godmother and spouse were in town for my son’s wedding. We rented both sides of this duplex and it was perfect! The entire space was nicely renovated and furnished, but the kitchens and bathrooms were especially nice. Very clean and every amenity we might have needed was provided. Our host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. Checking in and out was really easy and the parking for 4 cars off the alley in back of the house made coming and going from the house super convenient. The house was within minutes of the wedding venue and we even found a farmers’ market at the park a couple of blocks away. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Everything you need!

Comfortable beds AND off street parking! First thing you need to know is this place has everything you need, actually 2 of everything you need. Most owners go cheap to maximize profits, you dont have to worry about that here. The beds in all 5 rooms were very comfortable, we all slept great. Plenty of towels and everything needed for our stay. Both kitchens fully stocked as well. 5 parking spots available for off street parking was great as well. I will definitely book here again.

Very nice place!

We had 3 families, 5 adults and 6 kids. The house is great, being a duplex we had the option for an adult living room and a kid living room, the front porch is awesome, though the street is a bit busy. The main level has two 1/2 baths off the kitchen and 2 queen bedrooms and the upstairs has 3 large bedrooms, one with a full bath and 2 other full baths, there were a couple of fold up beds too. The house has been recently remodeled and was done well. We went to Lucas oil stadium and the childrens museum, both were an easy drive. The owner made some good local restaurant recommendations, Jocomos pizza was really good! Would definitely stay here again!!
