'Moin Moin' or in German "Guten Tag",
Now I could start planning my vacation, because I am offering my bright, sunny apartments, just behind the 'Waterkant', as rental properties.
The house SONNENSEGLER was built in 1888 and is therefore in the old age of around 130 years. It has weathered a number of storms, storm surges and people.
The two apartments in the house are called "LUV" and LEE ". These terms are sailor language and describe the direction in which the "sailor" faces the wind. The "sun sailer" with its two apartments has 8 berths in which up to 8 crew members can be accommodated.
The apartment 'LEE' with Art Nouveau charm is located on the middle floor (1st Floor), has approx. 50 sqm with 3 rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom. The living room or bedroom can be connected or separated with a double door.
The apartment 'LUV' is on the top floor (second floor) but is no less charming - it has about 45 square meters with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. The 'sophisticated' living room has a view of the lake, a fireplace and oriel.
The contact persons who are there for you live on the ground floor.
It is less than 300 m to the beach (Grimmershörn).
Non-smoking domicile - animals on request.
Kitesurfing: Due to the ebb and flow of a good area to practice - there is a school in the immediate vicinity of the Kugelbake.
General: The district town of Cuxhaven, which is part of Lower Saxony, lies at the mouth of the Elbe directly on the North Sea on the so-called "Weltschiffartsweg". Cuxhaven can call itself 'Nordseeheilbad', an official title with the highest air quality requirements. Decisive for the good air is the almost peninsular location of Cuxhaven between the open sea and the large estuary of the Elbe and the Wadden Sea. The wadden areas in front of the city represent a unique living space. The mud flats, the tide, the ebb and flow are part of Cuxhaven, like the water in the sea. The tide determines many beach activities and "mudflat hiking" is a fixed term here. The offshore island of Neuwerk can be reached via a 12 km long mudflat hiking trail either on foot or by mudflat or by ship at high tide. Neuwerk is now part of the Wadden Sea Nature Park with the islands of Scharhörn and Nighörn. Approximately The island has 30 inhabitants.
