Welcome to the newly renovated Sea Oats #2!

This adorable duplex apartment is perfect for a small family or empty nesters. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom includes a new vanity and a new tub/shower and is located just outside the bedrooms.

Enjoy the open concept living area with beautiful views of the ocean through the new picture windows. Cable and internet are included with your stay. We have lovingly updated the kitchen with adorable painted cabinets and granite countertops while still maintaining the "Old Florida" charm. Everything you need to prepare meals at home is at your fingertips. *Please note, there is no dishwasher.*

Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. The apartment has a washer and dryer. Starter supply of paper products is also provided.

Enjoy the sound of the waves on your ocean front screened-in porch with a private boardwalk to the beach. A park style grill sits right off the back deck so you can grill up your fresh catch!

This apartment is a duplex. There is a storage area separating the two units and there are no shared spaces. The adjoining property’s VRBO number is 2845870.

This home is pet friendly and allows (1) dog for a $75.00 non-refundable pet fee. If you have any additional pets please contact me and we can discuss.

Great Little Place on the Beach

Location, location, location. You cannot beat the beachfront locale of this little duplex. It was a good size for my family of 4 and we appreciated a full size washer and dryer. The A/C struggled a little, but the property manager was quick to work to solve the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach bliss

The property was just right for my adult daughter and myself. It has a nice screened porch, is just a very short walk to uncrowded beach where we spent most of our days. It’s easy to walk back inside for lunch or snack. The property is clean and had everything we needed for cooking in. There are several restaurants on the island including the ice cream shop with the best ice cream! We will definitely stay at this property again!

Great little spot on beautiful St. George Island!

The Sea Oats 2 was a very clean, quaint acommodatuon located right on the beach on St. George Island. It was perfect for the 2 of us but can sleep 4. We reserved it knowing it was pet friendly and unfortunately ended up not taking our dog. Wish we had! We will be back!

Beautiful beach front home

We have rented homes on SGI for over 25 years. This house was the cleanest one ever. Modern, comfortable and great location for the ocean. The owners were very nice and helpful. Our trip was interrupted by Hurricane Idalia but we look forward to going back to this rental next year.

It was know to the owners the air conditioner wasn’t working the week before our stay by renters and cleaning staff and still didn’t fix the problem or contact us! Did move us to their other unit and we did enjoy our stay for the week!

Family vacation

The house was perfect for us with our 2 and 4 year old. Beautiful views of the ocean, a nice screened in porch. Everything was clean and we appreciated how fast the host responded when we had questions. We were originally going to bring our doggy but she died before the visit and the hosts gave us a full pet refund when we told them about it. They were very thoughtful. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Quiet and Cozy

A Little Slice of Heaven

We stayed in November 2022. The place looks even better in person than in the pictures. Perfect size for four of us on a relaxing girls trip. You can’t get any closer to the beach than this beautiful place. Very peaceful. Clean and updated. Great screened in porch for morning dolphin watching. Washer and dryer a big plus. Jessica was a wonderful host and quick to respond. Don’t wait. Book it!

Couples retreat

Phenomenal!

This property is literally a little piece of paradise! It is newly renovated and is perfect! The pictures online are exactly what you get. The furniture is brand new and the beds and pillows were fabulous!! I couldn’t believe how close it was to the beach, it’s a flat walk out your private path. The owners are fantastic also! This was our first trip to SGI and every time I messaged the owners they responded immediately. They were even there the same week as us and brought by games and a huge fan to help stock the rental. We will be back many times, we’re already planning our next trip!!

Fantastic Beach Front Stay

This has been one of the best houses we’ve ever rented! We vacation on SGI every year for 10+ yrs. The size was perfect for our family of 4 + dog. If we’d had more ppl we could have rented the other duplex next door. Great price for beach side and reasonable pet fee! Comfortable beds! Decently stocked kitchen and we didn’t even notice or mind not having a dish washer (we cooked 80% of the time too). Beach front access is priceless!!! Amazing screened in back porch with a designated path to the beach. Outdoor Shower and hose a huge benefit and fabulous water pressure. So easy to wash our kids and dog off at the end of the day! Owners wonderful and responsive! The house is an older style but has been well remodeled. If you’re a fan person, Bring a fan, no ceiling fans.
