Beautiful and newly furnished 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom house. The outdoor area is breathtaking with garden views and palm trees. Huge 35 foot private heated salt water pool and jaccuzi. High ceilings in the living room making the space large and airy. Master bedroom downstairs is large with spacious walk in closet and a full bath. Two additional bedrooms upstairs with a jack and jill full bath. All bedrooms have a large King bed for comfort and blackout curtains. Additional half bathroom downstairs. Twin Daybed upstairs. Home comfortably sleeps 8 adults. An additional rollaway bed & mattress are available for use. Large 8 table dinning room with large kitchen. Separate laundry room with new washer/dryer. Located inside a gated community with 24/7
Pool can be heated for additional $50 per day and it takes 20 to 24 hours to reach ideal temperatures in the winter and must continue hearing to keep at ideal temperature. Please let us know before you check in if you would like the pool water to be heated.
