Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage with easy access.

Creekside Cottage is only 15 minutes from Bryson City but feels like your own piece of paradise with three acres of lawn and plenty of trees. You will relax with the sounds of the small bubbling creek which runs along the side of the property. The yard is large and has a firepit for you to enjoy some s'mores and campfire stories.

The screened porch is the perfect place to relax in an old fashion glider swing. The attached deck has a barbeque grill for your use as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs. The hot tub welcomes you after a full day of exploring the area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals including a full assortment of spices, flour, sugar, coffee and tea.

We provide you will all bed linens, towels, shampoo and shower gel. The beds are comfy and there is a mini-split in each room so you can set the temperature to your liking.

Creekside Cottage is the perfect home-away-from-home. We are only 15 minutes from Bryson City, 25 minutes to Cherokee and Harrah's Casino and 20 minutes from Franklin. There is an abundance of activities nearby as well as shopping and restaurants.

Mountain retreat

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was truly a home away from home. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed the quite, clean, comfortable home and the hot tub was a wonderful appointment. Thank you for such a lovely stay! The Mitchums

It was the perfect trip

This property was better than I was expecting. The porch was amazing and where we spent most of our time. The hot tub was a major hit and the kitchen was great. We cook burgers, steaks and great breakfast with homemade biscuits. I can’t wait to come back.

Much needed getaway

Nice home away from home setting…We enjoyed our stay absolutely loved the screened in porch and hot tub… The king size bed slept great!! Only 1 minor downfall we found was No tv or radio in any of the bedrooms…. We will definitely be back!!!

The cabin is quaint and nicely decorated. Awesome view of the area. One thing that needs attention is the ice maker. Didn't seem to want to make ice...just water that dripped down and froze in one piece/slab.

Relaxing Cottage

The Creekside Cottage provided a wonderful cozy, fully-equipped setting for my partially-disabled daughter and I to truly enjoy the mountains. The owners have provided many little touches to make you feel at home and NOT at a hotel. Sitting on the big screeded porch during the rain and relaxing in the hot tub were our favorites. The quiet neighborhood setting was just what we desired. Do be aware the the front steps are steep but my daughter was able to simply walk up the front yard and into the side entrance. This is a VRBO that we would certainly recommend and rent again. Thank you Janice & John.

Exaggerated description

There is no creek as described. Hot tub did not have any directions for proper use. Also upon arrival after 9 pm not familiar with area only to find no toilet paper in either bathrooms and most stores closed by that time. No instructions to use cable and no cell phone service. Could not call without connecting to property internet and using messenger.

Bringing in the new year

We had a wonderful time visiting with family on new years weekend. Super close to Bryson city and close to the casino. The Wi-Fi was decent, and the jacuzzi was perfect. They even had extra towels for that. They provided extra blankets as well. Super neat property for the kids to explore. They loved it! The oven didn’t work because of the recent storm prior to our stay but all the stove tops worked perfectly. The porch is a beautiful place to sit and get fresh air. Heating and air conditioning provided in each room with a remote to control it. The owner even met us there to ensure we got in and was actually working on the oven himself to try and get it working again for us. We appreciated his efforts. He is even bilingual which was perfect for my in-laws considering some of them only speaks Spanish. 🙂

Cozy and Great Location

We had a wonderful time spending our vacation here. The house was clean and prefect for cooking there. Hot showers and Hot Tube. Close to Bryson City, Dillsboro, Fontana Dam and Great Smokey Mountain National Forest. The Owner was amazing and a great host. The house and beds were comfortable and clean. It also had a washer and Dryer! We are definitely going to return and this place is Highly Recommend.

We moved to Bryson City in 2019 and have enjoyed getting to know the area and the people. We have lived in Central America for the past 22 years prior to that and love traveling and exploring new cultures. Creekside Cottage is our second rental home and we enjoy sharing it with our guests.
