Why they chose this property
We love this area. Quiet and friendly neighbors always so welcoming. Close to everything groceries, shops, entertainment, medical facilities ect. Quick access to all highways including the I75 quick drive to the beach and other attractions.
What makes this property unique
Private pool professional maintained is all yours to enjoy. Large private parking allowing for boat parking possible. In door laundry facilities a rarity in this area. No steps easy access for any one with mobility issues or little kids. Good size bed rooms with storage
