Horrible!

I booked for ten days but left after 7 days which cost me. The host was rarely there, did not enforce the rules or maintain a clean environment. When I later spoke to the owner all he did was make excuses and insinuated that I was a liar. I strongly recommend you book somewhere else.

convenient location

nice, quiet location with many amenities close by. if you rent #1 or 3 know that you will be sharing the bathroom with 1-3 others. we were a little apprehensive at first but it worked out alright. the kitchen had sufficient utensils, tho some were a little on the worn side.

Great stay in Peoria

Modern home wth good bedroom and fully stocked kitchen. Property manager Alie really went out of her way to look after us. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.
