About this property

Cozy 2 story home with open floor plan. Two large bedrooms upstairs with Jack and Jill bath and double sinks. Large master bedroom, and bath, downstairs. Full eat in kitchen with microwave/air fryer.
Community pool (seasonal) with small park/tennis court/basketball court and children's play area.
Views are abundant from many trails and parks within one mile of home. Great dining, shopping, and grocery markets also within a mile of home. Numerous parks, large and small, with many daily activities and a community center. Various exercise facilities very close to home and hiking/biking trails just a short drive away.
The home has weekly landscaping maintenance for front yard and a low maintenance backyard with artificial turf, rose bushes, apple tree, and fire pit. There is also a nice dog run along side of house.
