Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir waren für einen Kongress in Leipzig. Sehr gute Unterkunft, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Anbindung vom Hauptbahnhof, zum Congress Center und wieder in die Innenstadt. Sehr netter, freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft😊🙋‍♀️

Verkehrsgünstige Lage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Sie liegt in der 1.Etage. An heißen Tagen sehr warm unterm Dach, aber sie lässt sich am Abend gut durchlüften. Mobiler Ventilator vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat keine Außenrollos. Die Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt, Zoo, Messe etc. ist sehr gut Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Es hat alles wie besprochen geklappt. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Geräumig und zweckmäßig

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sogar eine WM hätte wir nutzen können. Es gibt aber modernere, einfacher zu benutzende Kaffeemaschinen. Die Quartierwirtin ist sehr nett, beantwortet alle Fragen. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Bahnanlage ziemlich dicht hinterm Haus, aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu lösen.

Schöner Urlaub zu besonderem Anlass

Super toll. Sind zur Hochzeit unserer Tochter nach Leipzig gekommen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns super nett empfangen. Die große Ferienwohnung bot alles, was man sich wünscht. Sogar ein Balkon ist dabei. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Wir durften sogar die Blumen im Keller abstellen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke.

Perfect stay in quiet neighbourhood

Maybe the pictures on the website don’t look extremely inviting, but this is definitely a great stay! My colleague and I rented this apartment for a conference at the Leipzig Messe, which was a convenient 20 minute walk. However, the city center is also easily reached by tram. The apartment is extremely clean and the owner very friendly. An absolute recommendation!

sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen, freundliche und sympathische Vermieter Die Räume sind geräumig, auch das Bad, hell und einladend. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Zum entspannen sind viele Bücher und auch Spiele vorhanden. Ideal für Familien. Und die Lage ist ideal für Unternehmungen.

Gerne immer wieder :-)

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, welche immer für ein nettes Gespräch offen ist. Die Wohnung ist top und der kleine Balkon ist aber völlig ausreichen, den Abend dort ausklingen zu lassen. Die Unterkunft ist voll ausgestattet von ausreichend Geschirr bis zur Waschmaschine Auf die Gegend bezogen sehr ruhig am Stadtrand aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Zusammenfassend: alles recht unkompliziert und auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen!

Empfehlenswert

Wir sind mit zwei Kindern angereist. Für das Kleinkind haben wir unser Reisebett mitgebracht. Alles ohne Probleme. Frau Schröter war sehr offen und freundlich. Die Wohung ist gut eingericht. Die Lage ist auch gut und ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf der Autobahn, im Zentrum oder am Badesee. Der Edeka ist zu Fuß fix zu erreichen.

Fijne uitvalsbasis in Leipzig

Goede ligging ten opzichte van winkels en openbaar vervoer, vriendelijke verhuurster, ruim, schoon appartement met leuke persoonlijke dingen ( onder andere boeken, kunst) Heerlijk balkon. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf de snelweg. Parkeergelegenheid voor het huis.

Zoo-Besuch in Leipzig

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und schön gelegen. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man sehr schnell in der Innenstadt/Zoo (ca. 20 Min.). Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnumgebung. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man die wenigen Züge nichts, die Nachts hinter dem Haus fahren. Die Vermieterin Frau Schröter ist sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war in einem tadellosem sauberen Zustand und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Fahrt mit der S-Bahn ( 25 Minuten) zur city ,war völlig o.k. Also zu empfehlen.

Alles super, wärmste Empfehlung

Alles lief super unkompliziert aber. Traumhafte Wohnung, 100% sauber und die Einrichtung lässt nichts vermissen. Ruhig gelegen. Anschluss zur Tram an der Hauptstraße unweit zur Eohnung gelegen und in 15 Min ist man im Zentrum Leipzigs. Ein Edeka ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Man fährt von der A14 ab und ist quasi schon da.Frau Schröter und ihr Mann sind sehr sympathisch und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idealer Standort zum Besuch des Deutschen Chirurgenkongresses
