***Water, electricity, cell and internet all currently working after Helene.*** Nestled in the heart of the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains, Rosshaven is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom, themed vacation rental in the ideal location. This fun, spacious, kid friendly, wooded retreat is just south of Wolf Laurel Skiing, west of the Blue Ridge Parkway and north of Asheville. Truly the perfect location!

Rosshaven’s open floor plan includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with large island and a dining table that seats 12. The main floor includes large picture windows, master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite double sink bathroom, 3 additional themed bedrooms and a shared bathroom, laundry room, great room and kitchen. Downstairs boasts an entertainment room with an elegant home theater, lobby and game room, including a pool table that doubles as a game table. Downstairs there is an additional bedroom with king bed, a bathroom and sleeper sofa in the game room.

• Blue Ridge Mountains Master Retreat (king bed)
• Pirates Cove Room with a pirate bed and murals (queen bed)
• Camp Adventure Room with tent beds and murals (2 twin beds)

Fun stay!
What a beautiful property with plenty of space and enough fun for all company! The only downside for us (and may be a positive for others) was that it was a bit far from downtown. Also the amenities (like kitchen supplies) were not well stocked for a place that accommodates this group size so shop accordingly prior to arrival. Other than that, the place was perfect.

The house was exactly as described! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Everyone in our group had their own space, and we all had a great time. We will definitely book this home again when visiting the Asheville area!

Great place for family fun, quiet rural neighborhood but close enough to Asheville and Biltmore! If you like to cook family meals, it’s not well appointed for that. Loved the themed rooms & theatre!

Beautiful place! Large space for family. Well stocked and very clean. With 8 of us staying there -ranging from teen to adult- we especially enjoyed the theater area and pool table downstairs! Would highly recommend!

Great family themed Ashville rental
This magical place has something for each family member. It had spacious common rooms for cooking, dining, and watching movies. We loved the themed rooms. The kids enjoyed playing with the tents and toys. The teens relaxed in the basement and played video games in the theater. Everything was clean and well stocked. The view is pretty and the location is convenient. The neighbors have animals and we saw deer at dawn and dusk.

Family vacation
This is the best vacation rental we've ever experienced! All others will now be lacking. The hosts thought of everything. The kids loved the tents and camp toys. They also loved the theater. Adults loved that also to watch the Final Four. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, beautiful setting. 10 stars!!

Appalachian Paradise
We booked this house because it was the center point for my family gathering....it did NOT disappoint. We had two seniors, four adults, a 3 year old and two dogs, and there was something for everyone. The only thing that we thought was wrong was that we didn't have enough time to truly appreciate the home and surrounding area. The themed rooms were fun for everyone, the next door neighbor greeted us upon arrival and we got to pet his horses. There are plenty of things to do within reasonable distance (5-30 minutes). The house is fully stocked with everything you may need for a vacation without having to pack everything! When we come back to the area, we will for sure see if this listing is available again!

Amazing House near Asheville
We had a wonderful stay for 4 adults and 6 kids. House is spacious and we all enjoyed the various themed rooms and extra touches. Compared to other rentals, I found this house generously stocked with towels, extra toiletries, coffee filters, some pantry basics (likely left by previous renters so may not always be there. But seemed ample when we stayed.) There is a yard where the kids could throw a frisbee and we enjoyed seeing wild deer. Easy 20-25 drive into Asheville.

Wonderful decor and great scenery
The bedroom decor is fantastic! Our 3-year-old grandson loved the camping room, our daughter and her husband loved the pirate room, and we loved the blue ridge mountain master bedroom. The house is at the end of a gravel track and was a bit tricky to find, but the privacy and views were wonderful. Also the neighbors with their donkeys, goats, and chickens were a delight to visit. We saw deer, turkeys, and squirrels, as well as fireflies in the evening. Great hosts and a terrific place.

Family Vacation Perfection
This home is beautiful and clean. The themed rooms and theatre were a big hit with our kids. They wanted to stay at the rental instead of going out. The property is easily accessible and conviniently located close to town. My family had a great stay and plan to come back soon!

Cute country house
Very cute house located in a country setting. It was so clean and had a dishwasher and laundry room. We slept 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We spent a week here for spring break and launched to Sugar Mountain for skiing and lots of exploring the small towns around Asheville. I’d recommend bringing some extra supplies as we had to do a store run for more paper towels, TP, tin foil, baggies, laundry detergent etc. That may have been because we were a large group and stayed for a week. The movie theater is awesome and we enjoyed watching comedians on Netflix each evening.

Picked this house knowing we would have a couple bad weather days and so glad we did. The movie theater and pool table kept us entertained during the rainy times. The large dining table sat us all comfortably for meals and games.

NYE Mountain Retreat
