Present TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven; reserved parking space.The holiday home is close to the driveway that leads directly to the famous Pelosa beach which is therefore about 300 meters away, while the main services are provided by the adjacent Capo Falcone shopping center; moreover, the presence of a private parking space avoids having to worryof the search for parking and its high daily price. It is therefore the ideal holiday home for groups of friends as well as for families with small children for the convenience of being able to go to the beach quickly and without a car.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price.
