The Amenities: Inside of the gated community, there are many amenities for you to enjoy.
The Beach:
Tucked away on a narrow strip of land on the extreme western edge of Florida and the eastern shores of Alabama lies Perdido Key. Known for its white sand beaches and stunning views of the calm Gulf water, Perdido Key seamlessly combines natural beauty, coastal living, and southern charm.
Beach Club:
The first pool is located at the Lost Key beach club on the sand's edge of Gulf of Mexico. This members only private beach club provides private beach access and allows you the choice of relaxing on the white sand of the Gulf of Mexico with beach chairs set up on the water's edge (up to 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs per house available on a first come first serve ) OR sitting on the lounge chairs available on the pool side deck where you can order something from the restaurant or full bar while enjoying the unobstructed view of the Gulf (restaurant and bar available Thursday-Sunday currently). Please note: There is NO PARKING available at the Beach Club. Parking is not allowed on the premises. You must walk or free shuttle to the beach club.
Resort Style Community Pool:
The second and larger resort style pool is located inside of the gated community. It is just an 8 minute walk from the unit to the pool. Also located at the pool is the hot tub and fitness center. 2 tennis courts are located outside of the pool area.
18 Hole Golf course :
Lost Key Golf Club is an 18-hole par 72 Arnold Palmer Championship public golf course that provides players with an unsurpassed golf experience. Redesigned by the Arnold Palmer Design Group in 2006, the par 72 signature designed championship course features the new Sea Dwarf Paspalum grass from the tee through the green for the optimum in quality playing surfaces and green speeds. The golf club also has a range, chipping, putting, and short game area. This is one of only two courses certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, protecting the natural resources of the area while providing an outstanding golf experience. Dinning:
There are two restaurants in the community for your convince. The first restaurant is Lost Key Golf Club Restaurant. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week. Brunch on Sundays, and events and entertainment also available. The second restaurant is The Restaurant at Lost Key an is located at the beach club. It offers a smaller menu of food options and includes a full bar. Contact information and website addresses also provided in the house information guide.
Free Shuttle Bus:
Don't want to walk to any of these amenities? NO problem, with a phone call, a FREE shuttle bus will pick you up and drop you off at any of these amenities in and around the community.

1st Floor: Garage and Main Entrance
As you pull up to the unit, you can choose to park in either the driveway or the deep 1 car garage large enough to fit any SUV (no code for garage door available, to open the garage door you must access the garage through the inside of the house and use the opener inside the garage).
Security cameras are located outside the front and back door of the unit. Keyless code pad on the front door for self-check in.
In the foyer, you will see a map on the wall. We would love for you drop a pin with a tag to share with us where are you visiting from. You will also see a basket with (8) beach towels along side drying hooks for your convenience.
2nd Floor: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Half bathroom and outdoor Patio
Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the the living room with a 65" Amazon smart TV with streaming options. The living room couch is a queen size pull out memory foam sofa bed, electric massage chair in the corner, and the curtains layer with sheer or blackout options. Right through the glass sliding doors is the patio.
The dining room table can accommodate 6 guests and the kitchen island 4 bar stools for additional seating in open concept space.
The kitchen is equipped with essencials plus some additional items such as Keurig coffee machine, air frier, pressure cooker, blender, toaster and waffle maker. Right of the kitchen, and right at the bottom of the second set of stairs is the half bathroom.
For the grownups, a mini bartending kit with recipe book for making cocktails.
There is also a desk area for a designated work space. Above the desk you will see our "suggestions wall". Places we love to go to dine, shop, and/or entertainment (great alternatives for the occasional rainy day).
3rd Floor: Bedrooms, Full bathrooms and Laundry
Located in the master suite is a king size bed with a brand new 12" memory foam mattress. On the nightstands "touch" lamps with incorporated cellphone charging stations. A 55" Amazon smart TV for your enjoyment, a ceiling fan, a 6 drawers dresser, and a large closet with hangers. An additional portable fan can also be found inside of the closet. Curtains are layerd for sheer or blackout options. The master suite also has its own private bathroom with a large standing shower (6 setting shower head), 2 sinks, hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
The second bedroom has a queen over queen custom bunkbed. Built using 6x6 wood poles, and 2x4 deck slats. This bed is SOLID. With 9 ft ceilings in the home, both the top and bottom bunks were designed to provide room and allow adults to sit up comfortably. Each bunk has a set of accessible pole lights, and a shelf with designated cellphone charging station. Both the top and bottom bed have a brand new 10" memory foam matresses for ultimate comfort. Also in the second bedroom, another 55" Amazon smart TV, a 4 drawers dresser, a closet with hangers, and a portable fan. This bedroom also has it's own private bathroom. Tub-shower combination with choice of rainfall or hand held shower head (convenient for children).
Outside of the 2 bedrooms, the laundry closet with both, a washer and a dryer available. Iron and full ironing board included.
House Rules:
-Age Requirement: You MUST be at least 23 years old to book this property.
-Person booking the property MUST be present at all times throughout the length of the stay. (Third party bookings NOT allowed).
-Check in - 4:00 pm... if available early guest will be notify.
-Check out - 10:00 am... if later time available guest will be notify.
-Carefully READ provided house information guide (available inside the property).
-Amenities access: (2) Key FOBS available and needed for amenities access. $50 charge for each lost or not returned fob. *Update: Starting May 1st, 2023...wristbands will be also required for all guest 12 in addition to the key fobs. $25 charge for each lost or not returned wristbands.
-Parties: Parties and/or events NOT permitted.
-Sleeping capacity: 8 guest maximum sleeping capacity per stay.
-Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the house.
-Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am. Please be considerate to our neighbors.
-Trash Day: as part of being in a community we have a designated trash day (WEDNESDAYS). If you are staying at the property during trash day, please take the large trash and recycle bins to the curb the night before and return to garage after it being picked up.
-No Pets: House is NOT Pet Friendly at this time. / $250 violation fee + cost of any damages.
-Parking: (2) parkings available per unit (driveway + garage). NO PARKING on STREET or grass areas. Community issue out parking tickets and can/will tow at owners expense. Additional cars must use visitors parking. Check "parking section" of the house information guide.
-Towels: Please refrain from hanging towels to dry on front or back porch railings. Not allowed per HOA's esthetics guidelines. Hooks provided inside the property for your covenience or you may lay them out to dry over outdoor furniture.
-Stairs: House has lots of stairs, Do NOT leave SMALL CHILDREN unattended at any time during your stay.
-House Items: Please do not take house items home with you (decorative pillows, decor items, pictures, books, mini bar items, kitchen items, games, remotes, towels, beach chairs…ect.). Enjoy them during your stay and leave behind when you leave. Inventory is conducted before and after check ins. Charges will apply for missing, damage, and/or broken items.
-Cameras: Security cameras are placed outside front and back doors of the property. Do not block, cover, or disable cameras doing so will prompt a security and/or police well check and/or termination of the reservation.
-Cleaning fee: Cleaners and housekeepers are not the same. If our cleaners have to pick up in order to clean, additional cleaning charges will be apply.
