One night stay
Pros:Host allowed us to check in early, arranged at bookingBeds and living room were spacious and comfortableClean bathroomsLarge deckQuietCons:Front door was wide open when we arrived. We immediately messaged the host, but never received a response. There was hair on master bedroom pillow and old coffee still in pot upon arrival.Maybe a tablespoon of coffee available in the bag, so unable to make fresh coffee. We ended up getting some kcups to bring back while we were out.Would seek alternative places to stay in the future.
Great house with lots of space! House is located on a gravel road which we weren’t aware of prior to arrival. Everything was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our trip! Thanks for letting us stay!
Everything was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms could use a side table for peripherals and necessities, such as a water mug. The master bed was quite comfortable. The communication was excellent, and if I had read the instructions more closely instead of relying on Google maps I would have found it straight away. As an LSU alum, I loved the LSU tasteful decorations.
This Ledo Tiger is very comfortable! Living, dining and kitchen area is open and spacious. Nice space to cook and visit. The deck area is great for evening gathering or a quiet place for morning coffee. The only down side of this property is that there is no boat dock/house, you have to trailer the boat each day. All in all- a great place! We would definitely go back.
My family spent the most wonderful 5 days at Ledo Tiger property! Everything was just wonderful! It is a beautiful new double wide with everything you could need! It was clean and very well maintained! My boys had the best time fishing on the dock when they were not out on the boat. We loved hanging out on the beautiful porch. We have stayed at many places on Toledo Bend over the past 24 yrs and this has been by far one of the absolute best! My only suggestion is to bring two 50ft extension cords to charge your boat, which is no big deal!
The host was very friendly and does an excellent job communicating! We plan on staying again and encourage everyone to give this place a try! You will be happy you did!
We loved our stay this past weekend. We were in town for a family reunion and this hit all our needs. It was clean and comfortable. We only had a minor issue which was addressed about a chair with a broken leg. VRBO site was having some trouble but used the phone number provided when we left. The only comment from the guests was they wish there was a table or dresser in guest rooms to have a flat surface. My son left a stuffed animal and they made sure it made its way home. Great place, especially the deck and big fan.
The house was extremely clean, decorations were neat. We only had 2 vehicles, with one vehicle pulling a boat, but we could have easily parked another truck and boat. Having teenage girls and their friends, I was uncomfortable not having blinds or something over the sliding glass doors, especially since there were several men hanging out under the carport next door and they had a clear view in our kitchen and living room. There was no privacy at night unless you were in the bedrooms or had all of the lights out.
Nice little cove next to the town, with a perfect creek entrance for pulling the small boats up. Boat launch in the neighborhood. New property. Great deck for hanging out and cooking.
