Hi there! I'm originally from Nashville and have been here most of my life. My brother and I have been hosting for just about a year and have loved dishing out that sweet Southern hospitality! I got into hosting after traveling around the world for a year - everywhere from Kathmandu to Antarctica. Hope we get the chance to host you, dear reader!
Why they chose this property
I love this property for a few reasons:
#1: Huge Rooftop with Incredible City Views
This area of the house really shines at sunset. All the lights of Nashville's skyline start to flicker on as the night begins to settle in. The view is one of the best I've experienced in town! Just a really nice place to hang, knock back a few drinks, and spend time with buddies or family.
#2: The Location
If you want to be close to Broadway, this is a tough spot to beat. You're about a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the main honkey-tonk strip. To add a some cherries on top, you're a couple of blocks up from Marathon Village. Here you'll find one of Nashville's premier distilleries - Nelson's Green Brier. It's housed in an old car factory from the early 20th century - just a super neat place to explore! You're also right down the street from Germantown, which has the best dining Nashville has to offer.
# 3: Big Comfortable Beds with Tons of Pillows
We went with all queens and kings for this house, and each bed has a variety of pillows to suit any sleeper. If you've had a long day/night on the town, this house will be a welcome respite!
#4: The Design
We designed this space ourselves and went all out! We wanted it to be an experience where you feel equal parts at home and somewhat otherworldly. This is a brand new house (2021) and we went all out with high-end appliances, furnishings, and design. We think you'll love it as much as we loved creating it!
